I just finished my house renos and I'm glad I had gone with these guys for my countertops. I told them what I wanted and they delivered. One less thing to stress about when doing a complicated house renovation project. Highly recommended.

Did a complete kitchen renovation with complicated stone work. It included 2.5" back lit mitred counter top with waterfall and back splash. The attention detail was great, ensuring that all the veining was aligned throughout the whole kitchen. The whole team provided excellent service and were great from concept to installation. Eric and Sue were extremely helpful and were involved with every aspect of the process. The installation team was professional, courteous and detail oriented. Highly recommend Alpha Stone.

This place offers ZERO followup service. I spend 8000 dollars here. I was told that I need to buy 3 slabs of counter so that the pattern in kitchen backsplash would look nicer because then the pattern can be continuous. Ended up after installation, nothing line up and definitely no continuous pattern.the bathroom counter end did not line up either, A crack line from the join became very visible after couple of months. I email them with photos, called and follow up, and they did nothing.just kept saying the service department will contact me. Now another 3 months elapsed. Of course never heard from them. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else if you are thinking of upgrade your counters.

Awful service.
Went in to look for a small kitchen counter top and was given a rough quote of approx $1000-$1100 from David using some of the smaller end pieces in their cutting area.
Returned a couple weeks later to finalize the order and arrange measurements. Had to chase them and call a couple times and eventually reached Emmett who was very rude and clearly did not seem interested. He also said they couldn't do it for less than $2000 and there was no discount on the end pieces.
Had dealt with them years ago but will NEVER deal with them again and they wasted our time!

Very nice people, very fair price. Noted they are not the cheapest in this business. BUT! Trust me, you don't want the cheap priced company do your countertop works. For your garden, by all means get the cheapest gardener. For your countertop, don't cheap out! I have been working three cases with the Emmett at Alpha Stone, my clients are happy, I'm happy.

Great company to deal with. They have great pricing and great service. I've used them a few times and will use them again in the future.
