Best vet I've been too in years! Right from when you enter to when you leave you're treated with kindness. They also are upfront about fees and you will pay what they state in the beginning (they won't try to force you into paying for other procedures or medication). All the staff I've met were so great and trustworthy. I'll continue here and will recommend it to anyone who is looking for good care for their pets.

Dr. Ryan is a super star, I highly recommend him. Fantastic friendly staff, I feel very comfortable leaving my pets in their care.

We've been taking or dogs there for years but only to Dr Bhatt! He is amazing! We dont trust anyone else but him!

The only redeeming qualities about this place are Amanda & Dr. Ryan. Everyone else really don't qualify as professionals. Vet techs don't leave notes on files. They pass you around from vet to vet & thus information gets diluted as a result. The second vet I was passed onto asked questions that were answered would aforementioned notes been made. Lastly, there's a receptionist who clearly is not satisfied with her job.

They are accommodating, friendly, and reasonable, and I can see how much the employees care for the animals there. Their flexibility has allowed me to administer my cat's monthly injections at home, thus reduce his stress and the time spent at the vet. Our appointments have generally been punctual and quick but thorough, so I am happy to keep them as my go-to vets where possible.

It's pretty disappointing they can not give you a rough estimate on what the cost is for there services. Beyond the $35 for them to check your pet out. I have a possible flea problem and wanted to know how much oral medication would cost. They couldn't even give me a price. You would think they would know the cost of the oral flea medication they prescribe. I won't be returning and I don't think it's asking to much for a quote before coming especially if you are on a budget and with state of the world and cost of living now a days. Called another clinic and they we beyond helpful. Do not support this clinic they clearly just want to scam you and take your money. They do not want to help your pets stay healthy!

Worst experience ever. I didn't even want to look at my cats infected paw without insisting on sedation (no way) over all absolute garbage of a vet. Paw is infected and worse, will never go back. ** how sad to reply to this comment, and say it's not in the system.you know very well my cat was there. These pictures are in your office.

Amanda you are my saint! My specialist office was closed after bringing home my cat from surgery, and I was panicking about a few symptoms that had popped up, and confused on how to dose my meds. I called Alpine an hour before close, and Amanda was happy to help me. She explained everything so simply and calmed my fears and told me I was a good pet parent. Thank you for helping me in my time of need, you are so appreciated:)

Fantastic service. They took us on extremely short notice, saw us within 10 minutes of us calling. We were very concerned about our cat and no other vet in New West was able to see us on short notice. The staff here was very friendly and caring. We were taken into the back to view the x-rays and the vet was very forthcoming and informative. Will come here again.

I've been bringing my cats to alpine for almost 5 years and they have been nothing but wonderful!
Took my domestic long hair in for a lion cut and they were so amazing with him. I'm a very anxious pet owner and I always know my pets are getting the best care a Alpine!

Money driven vet
Wants tests and blood work for a 18 year old cat just let him go humanely. Go somewhere else if you want compassion.

I must say I had a gut feeling my cat was very sick. I explained to Alpine up front I'm on PWD. They were more than happy to work with me and now my kitty is ok and purring beside me. Thank You Alpine

I now fully understand why some reviews about this place state that the receptionist or the one processing your papers is rude. I just had a full-blown experience with that treatment. I was just asking for them to also send me a digital copy of the vaccine certificate. This receptionist condescendingly told me, as if I were not a customer, that she would do it later because she had "procedures" to do. I could tell the reluctance was not out of the so-called "procedures" because, judging from her demeanor, I do not think she is the "top-notch" doctor in this clinic. She was just too lazy to do it as she herself confirmed that she had to scan it first and then send it (as if these steps required so much time). I told her that the last time they gave me the vaccine certificates, they forgot the anti-rabies, and I was in daycare that needed it. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she went on to argue with me, stating that it is not their general policy to give the certificate (During that time, they gave me a certificate for the other vaccine, so why not the anti-rabies?). When I told her that it should be SOP, she continued arguing, saying that not all owners bring their dogs to a daycare center. She clearly did want to lose an argument. Such a blatant display of disrespect on a customer is not befitting for someone like her, who is supposedly the face of this clinic. It is a shame that the doctors in the clinic are ok. Because of this experience, I am thinking of transferring to another clinic. I just hope for other customers' sake; the condescending attitude does not stem from something darker such as an issue of race.

Dr Ryan is a great vet and I trust him whole heartedly with caring for my two dogs. 5 stars are not enough, i wish i could leave 10!
