I found Shanal slow and not overly responsive, and our bill was higher than I expected. He was certainly less expensive that many in Chilliwack and everyone I surveyed further west, but his cost and responsiveness were poor compared to what I was used to in Kamloops and Merritt.

Shanal helped my wife and I with the documentation for the purchase of our first home. He took time to explain the ins and outs of the mortgage documents and spoke in a way that we could easily understand. He was very timely in collecting data from the strata corp and the lender that we selected from the east coast.
