Alpine Motel

After I checked out of my room, I had realized I had forgotten my rings on the bedside table. I called and physically went back to the location within 30 minutes after leaving. They said they weren't there. The housekeeper, or someone working there, literally stop my rings. My bad for forgetting about them. But it was a rush to get out of the room for an appointment. And to be fair, they hadn't told us when we checked that there was no running water. So the whole thing was an epic fail.

We had an absolutely horrible experience at this Motel. We go to check out and we are out right blamed for previous damage in the room we were staying in. We had to argue for almost 2 hours with the front desk man. They were wanting to take our $300 deposit we put down to stay in the room.
If my dog damaged anything and I mean anything Id be the first one there repairing it or replacing it, we are 1000% responsible for our dogs behavior. The damage we were falsely blamed for was clearly done by a small tiny dog we have a large breed dog.
I have to admit that when I first checked into the room I had a passing thought to take pictures of the state of the room and I ignored it and I really regretted that decision.

We will not ever be staying at this motel not only for this scam of trying to take our deposit but also more then one other fellow guests we met there pointed out the constant activity in some of the rooms in which its our suspicion that drug dealers are active on the premises and that management and or owner knows and condones to happen on there property. As soon as we brought up this observation they instantly changed there tune on this whole stealing our deposit scam, because why would it matter if this was a baseless statement made by us? If the damage was legitimate and done by us nothing should change the out come of us paying for the damage.
If you are going to stay at this motel, do an inspection with the staff and make sure they see you taking pictures of any damage you both find.
If they do decide to accuse you in an attempt to make you pay for damages, defiantly do not leave the room until the manager or owner come to short it out.
Extremely sad that it has to come to this but be aware, in all my years of staying in hotels this is a first for me.

The first room, the door couldn't lock the smoke detector was hanging from the roof, the switch plate covers were ripped off, the second room I got keys to had someone in it, the third room the bathtub was so dirty we didn't shower, never again and it's to bad because they have a good location

Room had been reserved and paid. Walkway up to our room on the third floor had ripped carpeting and was filthy and badly stained. The parking lot was too tight for parking. A couple parked next to us and dinged our side view mirror. We were so disappointed that my husband and I decided just to keep traveling on to Vernon and try to forget the experience.

Wish I hadn't booked a room here, got the Jacuzzi suite, room was dirty, no microwave (took 4 days to get fighting for it). Horrible service and staff simply don't care, unhelpful and will do the least amount possible.

I normally dont like to leave bad review. But all the bad reviews about thia motel is true. What a shame. Such good location.

After open windows for 2 days and keep washroom fan running. The cigarette smell still wont go away. At least pillow is not smelly.

I can stand with hair and black mold shot out from jacuzzi jet. But please! Put a hanger or hook by shower so I dont need put tower on the toilet.

The front desk would not accept my government Indian status card as my ID said its not the proper id

Booked a room with 2 beds. Sink was broken with dirty standing water in it, room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. There was a kitchenette and one of the cupboards had dirty cutlery and used dish soap in it.
When we talked to the front desk, they were very understanding and upgraded us to the room with the jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jets didn’t work, and the pull out couch had no pillows, but it was much better than our original room.
This is definitely a place where you get what you pay for, but we will not be staying here again.

Rooms need renovation asap，smells bad beds are uncomfortable，not worth the price！！！！！！Dont recommend！！！

Enjoyed our stay alot. Most Rooms could use a handyman and a few repairs but nice enough staff

I knew that I was staying in a "budget" motel, but budget should not mean DIRTY.
So many cleanliness issues in our room!
Chairs lined up outside all the rooms for presumably outdoor smoking make walkways awkward to maneuver, not to mention the cigarette and weed smoke one has to pass through to get to the stairways.
