Alpine Rafting

Awesome guides and great river. Coming back during the spring melt to have an even better time on the river. Going towards the end of the summer is good if you haven’t done white water before, but I’d recommend going at the beginning of summer for more white water awesomeness. Thanks guys

From seeing my wife in her bathing suit, to experiencing multiple classes of rapids, eating a high quality middle of nowhere lunch of hamburgers and a wonderful salad made by Chiles finest chef (not named Jamie) who also doubled as a fantastic river guide. This was a highlight for us on our weekend trip to Golden. Thanks

Good experience with the kicking horse river trip - staff are excellent. Only thing to note is that the 4 hour rafting is not actually 4 hours on water. There is a lot of time spent getting geared up, oriented, and travelling so the actual time on the river is closer to 2 hrs, which was enough but left wanting a bit more. I think that’s about as long as you can go on the kicking horse river though and other tour operators offering longer trips are probably just going at a slower pace to draw it out - not totally sure though.

What an awesome group of people! Very passionate and friendly, yet professional guides who also had lots of fun on the river. I feel like our boat did a terrible job paddling but our guide didn’t lose faith in us and continued to cheer us on no matter what. They have warm showers for when you return from the ice cold river and everyone gets one included soda or beer for free. This made people stay a little longer and it provides a good opportunity to chat with the people from your boat. The price for photos and GoPro footage from the raft is also reasonable. We recommend it, especially to first time rafters!

Great rafting company. Very organized and efficient. Good, fun atmosphere. Great rafting guides with lots of experience, friendly and fun to be with. They even had a beverage for us after the trip. I would recommend them.

Waited too long to raft Golden. Awesome job from everyone at the company that made the whole experience 11/10. Would def do again and do the whole day

Fantastic rafting trip that I would highly recommend. Our guide Ryan J was excellent, and the other staff members made everyone feel welcome and were fun and professional. A great experience for anyone interested in seeing some of the great outdoors from rafting on the river.
