The sales team got me a TRD PRO five months earlier than the expected delivery date of my factory order 10/10. My wife and I ended up buying two new Toyota’s off Riley due to the exceptional service.

I had an appointment at Alpine Toyota today to have my windshield calibrated and my air conditioning checked. Daniel was thorough in talking with me about what would be included in my appointment and who would be responsible for the costs. Without exception I was very pleased with both the work done on my vehicle and how Daniel welcomed me to the dealership. The gentleman who drove me to the Tamarack Mall was also very welcoming and suggested that I phone to have him return to the mall to transport me back to Alpine Toyota.
When I left the dealership to drive home to Fairmont Hot Springs I had difficulty using the mileage monitor so I went back to Alpine Toyota. Daniel immediately said that he would drive my car to check this issue. Fortunately, as soon as Daniel drove my vehicle the mileage monitor worked. Daniel was very kind and patient and enouraged me to contact Alpine if I have any questions in the future.
Needless to say my experience was extremely satisfying and I would not hesitate to recommend Alpine Toyota to my friends and family. This has been my consistent experience since I bought my vehicle in 2017.

When buying a truck deal with Derek in Sales as he is fantastic but Brady the general manager doesn’t know how to talk to customers with respect to value their business, instead he is very combative! I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma through Melissa (the best salesperson I've ever come across in my life) via internet, text and phone calls. I was able to get the add on equipment with ease. I had never driven one before hand and when I arrived from Vernon the first thing Melissa did was take me on a good half hour test drive on varying road types to get a feel for the handling. Then she spent a tremendous amount of time with me going over all the buttons. She had my phone synced in a few seconds and had my favorite sirius radio channel working in a heart beat. Basically had me set up to go on my 8 hour drive home. I have never in my life felt so spoiled and been treated like I was the only person alive. I was just astounded at the over the top treatment. Everything was done with so much fun and energy I couldn't believe it. She even sent me an energetic 15 - 20 minute video a week before when my truck arrived. It was so refreshing. And her follow up has been awesome as well. The rock sliders I ordered were substantially backordered so they actually shipped them to me and I was able to get them installed last night. I was surprised what they looked like as I hadn't seen any pictures of them but I sure love them. My truck sure looks good.

Super happy with my experience! I just turned 20 and was able to buy the 2020 Corolla L on my own, thanks to the amazing deals and service from Melissa and Brady. I had no idea what to expect from the process, and I was handled with care and patience and never felt rushed on making a decision. I recently had an issue with my Toyota vehicle and as a result Alpine Toyota in Cranbrook, BC tried to make a larger problem with my vehicle than was necessary. This is not the first time this dealership has displayed dishonesty towards its customers and I would like to have it documented that they are trying to recommend repairs that are far more extensive than is needed for vehicle repairs.

I had an issue with the rear driver side wheel locking up on my 2015 Toyota Tacoma. After a call with Toyota Canada customer service, I found that Brake Systems are covered under my ECP and used Toyota’s Roadside Assistance to get my truck towed to Alpine Toyota. After directing the service department to call me and not perform any work until I make sure it was covered, I received a call from Alpine Toyota saying that the brake shoe hold down spring came off and damaged the brake drum and brake shoes. Their report was that both rear brakes needed to be replaced and that hold down spring caused “extensive damage to the brake drum”. They replaced the hold down spring in order to move the vehicle and said that the work would not be covered by my ECP and quoted the price of $506 plus taxes for the work to be done. I instructed them to do no work and that I would take my vehicle elsewhere for repair.

I took my vehicle to OK Tire in Cranbrook to have them look at the damage and find out what repairs were needed and I was informed that there were no issues with my brakes at all and that no repair was needed. They noted that there was a very small groove in the brake drum where the spring was, but the brake drum was still smooth and this was documented in written notes and photographs that the brakes were safe to continue driving on.

My concern comes from the lack of integrity that Alpine Toyota has shown for a second time to me as a Toyota customer. This dishonesty leaves the appearance that Alpine Toyota does not value their customers loyalty to the brand and it appears that they do not believe in customer service or customer retention. The goal of this dealership seems to only be how much money they can get out of their customers before the customer leaves to go somewhere else. If I had not been aware of this behaviour from a previous experience with Alpine Toyota, I would’ve needlessly spent $500+ when it wasn’t necessary.

As it has been some time since my first incident with Alpine Toyota, I went in with the expectation that things might have changed and that I could reconsider my initial evaluation on how this dealership operates, but I found that my initial assessment still remains correct. This could’ve been an opportunity for this dealership to earn back a customer, but instead they have proven that nothing has changed and their goal is money over customer satisfaction. I will remain loyal to the Toyota brand because I believe that Toyota produces quality vehicles, but I will not be taking my business to Alpine Toyota.
