Phoned to inquire about an oven element replacement. The lady who answered seemed annoyed that I didn’t know the model number. I found it told her it. She said they would phone back IF they could find the part. I’m not holding my breath.

I called about my fridge. The receptionist was horribly rude and made me feel like an idiot, she said she would pass on my information to the tech. I never received a call back. Will never call again or recommend.

A&M made a bad situation great
Super quick with the repair and parts. We now have a cold fridge again.

Been here multiple times, always terrible service. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Don't waste your time here, go to Moore Appliances they have never disappointed.

Chad stopped by, got straight to work amongst a crazy family of kids and dogs with no complaints and fixed our dishwasher quickly. Thanks a bunch!

The lady behind the counter is extremely rude and disrespectful. We ordered parts and used the correct the model numbers right from our stove, and she ordered the wrong parts and is not willing to refund them or rectify the situation by ordering the correct part at no cost. I am extremely disappointed that they are the only place in PG for LG. This was not our first dealing with them and it was the same each time. It's one thing to not refund the part if it was my fault but it's another when you are in the wrong!

The sight wouldn't let me leave zero stars. Went to order a part, left disappointed. Glad I had people around to witness the service provided.

Disappointed that they would not accept a return of an unused product. When asked why, they point to a sign in their store as an explanation. They should mention this upon sale and on the receipt or better yet, issue refunds like a normal business. Awar e it is their choice, but same goes for sharing my disappointing experience and 'rating'.

I usually don't give businesses bad review, but this is the exception! We had a range with a broken temperature limit switch but the guy wasn't even willing to come out and have a look at the range. Ordered the part and fixed it myself.
I wouldn't recommend this business at all!

I was happy with the service I received. The service repair agent was here when scheduled. Was quick and efficient and explained what the problem was. I would highly recommend A&M Appliance.

The woman who answers the phone was about as useful as teaching a cat algebra. Did not care at all about my problem, not only didn't care but couldn't even be bothered to listen to my inquiry about a technician. Just said yes he's looking for the parts you need. When a diagnosis hadn't even been done yet. I was just waiting for a call back for a potential service call.

Last used A&M to fix the same problem with our gas oven 5 or 6 years ago. Problem was diagnosed and the replacement part arrived quickly. Technician arrived within promised time window and was very efficient. He clearly explained what happened and how long we can expect the repair to last for the particular high wear piece. Will use again for future repairs.

Whoever the lady answering the phone is has zero customer service etiquette, and I mean zero. I refuse to deal with them now. It's sad when Home depot tells me to not use them. I decided on paying more on Amazon with higher price and lead time.

We received a very prompt service call to repair our broken oven. The tech was professional, courteous and fast. We're very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to others needing appliance repairs.

Went to them for a part for my fridge, front desk lady didn’t wear a mask, told me I need to look it up find part then tell them what to order or she can’t help me. I have never been to a store for a part for a product a store services and been told to “find it myself” then been walked away on. Was trying to do the right thing and shop local but ended up “finding myself” and buying online after leaving.

This guy is great.knows his stuff.if he hasn't got it in stock, he'll get it for you, new or old.

I called this business and tried to book an appointment. The lady that answered the phone was incredibly difficult and rude. Not at all professional. I just needed someone at some point in the future to go and look at repairing a dishwasher for one of our rental properties. I ended up just hanging up the phone. They may be able to repair appliances but what would be the point if I can't even book an appointment?

I have read the negative reviews on this site about the receptionist and I must disagree. First of all, the receptionist at this company answers numerous calls daily from irate appliance owners who are upset because their fridge or stove or whatever isn't working. I assume most want instant attention, just as I did. I had purchased a new expensive stove and the baking drawer wasn't working.

I called the store from where I purchased the stove and they couldn't help me. My blood pressure (a.k. A.temper) went up. I called the manufacturer and after 20 minutes of difficult discussion (I couldn't understand what was said) I hung up. I got a call within minutes from the receptionist at A & M and with BP still boiling, snapped at her. Holding her temper, she gave me reasonable advice that lowered my BP and after following her advice I got action. It sure as hell wasn't her fault that my stove was broken and that my patience was low but she managed me skilfully and successfully.

BTW, the stove works like a charm and I had to wait just a few days for the parts to come in and the service man to arrive at the door.

Took awhile to arrange a time for repair person to come as they are very busy. Once repair man was able to come look at oven, he had wonderful personable service and explained what he was doing as doing testing. He also gave suggestions of how the oven may work more efficiently. Thanks for the great service! I would recommend A & M anytime

Love suppoirting local businesses and this one has always been great to me! Never had an issue with service everyone has always been kind and helpful
