Absolutely horrific service and handling by Manpreet Kaur! I have been a loyal customer for many years. I needed to amend my policy and was misinformed many times. Being in the insurance industry I am privy to the goings on unlike another individual would be and called Manpreet out. Manpreet took weeks & months to respond to queries. I was then informed Manpreet allowed my policy to lapse at renewal days after! After Manpreet told me I need to sign to cancel. Manpreet and this agency is absolutely unprofessional and unaware of how to properly treat their customers.
