Great place for insurance. I get home insurance, car insurance and my commercial insurance from AMC. They have good rates with excellent customer services.

The staff are very friendly and answer all questions. I was able to call and get permit. The broker stayed on the phone and Walked me through the process in 15mins. I've been going to them for my vehicle insurance for about 5yrs. I will not get insurance anywhere else.

I used to love AMC, convenient, close. I had been a loyal client for two years, and there is the most helpful Agent there, but her name escapes me. She is a blessing and has helped me through several complicated matters. My problem, in the last month, is the arrogant young fellow who sits in the desk, on the left, upon entering the premises. His flippant attitude, unwillingness to be at all helpful or friendly, and lack of regard for the human condition make him an exemplary example of everything that's wrong with Customer Service in 2019. He is lazy, rude, arrogant, entitled and not of any assistance. Please, take a seat and wait to see the highly professional, reliable and well informed female associate on the premises, she's the only reason worth visiting, so I thank her for her past help, here, as well but I won't be back.

Moving from Ontario to BC I heard the insurance process was 'painful' since it is run differently. I spoke with Pawanjot Jassal and she was very professional, informative, and understanding of how out-of-province persons view the insurance plans in BC.
