American Eagle & Aerie Store

It's a clean and well organized store, but the prices are high, although they have cute and trendy pieces.

It is a store with a wide variety of products, some things are expensive and others are very affordable.

American Eagle never fails in terms of quality outfits. Their stores are simply organised but need to work a little more on helping customers.

The fitting room is very good, the clerks are enthusiastic, and the discount area is my favorite!

I was finding a pair of jeans and Emma, super lovely associate BTW, was awesome at helping me (the size and style was difficult to locate lol)

Had unpleasant experiences with AE Metropolis @ Metrotown lately. Seems like there are a lot of new staff members who do not understand how to help customers. Earlier, I felt like I was accused of trying to return an item from another store; in their words "this item is not from here", because the item I was returning did not appear on their system. It still had the tag and I was showing them my order confirmation on my phone but since it didn't pop up in their computer it was "weird" and they wouldn't process it. Thankfully a senior staff member pointed out that the staff helping me in fact typed in the wrong order number. The item is there in the system, and eventually I was able to return it. Even though I know new employees are prone to mistakes, it was still upsetting to be treated that way when I have done nothing wrong and was polite when conversing with them.

There was also another incident, a couple days ago, when I was trying to pick up part of my order in store, I was told that I had to wait until my entire order arrived. I tried to explain multiple times that I got an email telling me part of my order is ready for pick up, and that I've done partial order pick ups before. But the staff didn't agree because the order status says "in process" and according to them, the entire order needs to be ready in order to pick up anything at all. It took some convincing, but I manage to ask them to check in the back, and the order was there. Honestly, I do not mind this blunder as much, as the person helping me seemed genuinely confused and didn't have an attitude about it. However, they did almost turn me away when I clearly received an email telling me part of my order is ready for pick up.

I shop a lot at AE, and the store at Metrotown is the nearest to me. Staff are usually super nice and friendly. But these few incidents make me have doubts about going back. If the new employees aren't sure about how things work, then they should be trained to ask superiors who know better instead of making assumptions. Customers shouldn't be the one telling them how things are done.

An American chain casual clothing store with a very high cost performance.

AE focuses on young people's casual wear. From visual inspection, most of the people shopping inside are young people born in the 1990s. Most of the clothing styles are also full of youthful vitality. And they often have different types of discounts, so their products are very competitive.

Railway Zeng's branch is always crowded on weekends. Although there are many customers, their staff also serve every customer with a smile. This is very rare. Most of the clothes they sell in stores can also be purchased online, including through their website and smartphone apps. But seeing it in the store is also very attractive. In particular, some attractive accessories are also sold here: sunglasses and small jewelry for women, for example.

Store is excellently organized and staffs are extremely helpful in finding my right fit. Ashneet of store greeted me and did a good job beyond her scope while doing my trials.

Tonight, I went to this store. I love American eagle styles. I had a great shopping and a girl whose name is Zahra helped me so much to choose a beautiful jacket and 2skirts.

By far one of the oddest interactions ive had in a AE store. Staff members that was helping me insisted on standing 1 foot away from me. I kept backing away and he would just get closer. I asked for space and he just looked at me. Intense eye contact till i just left.

The best American Eagle I found in greater Vancouver, I had the help of guys like Lux, Jessica and yla, all great people interested in helping you beyond. Best experience buying clothes!
