American Eagle Outfitters Store

Shopped today afternoon. The lady (manager I suppose) was treating me really bad. I had couple of bags in my hand (Uniqlo and some other bag). It looks like this lady assumed that I am going to shoplift or something in those lines because of my skin color. She kept on following me when I was browsing hoodies for my husband. I felt really bad for her mindset. I ignored her presence and bought my hoodies. The 2 teenagers who was helping were very polite and professional. Please drop your biases and treat customer as customer.

They always have a sale or promotion going on, good items at very good prices, staff is friendly and helpful

Went shopping here Labour Day weekend and Sabeeka was working in the fitting room juggling multiple ladies (myself included) with grabbing different sizes, styles, and asking for opinions. She was attentive, timely, professional, friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and I’m happy that I took her suggestions. She is a great employee and the store is lucky to have her:)

Great experience at this store. Sabeeka from the Guildford location was extremely helpful and sweet. I came in to purchase some summer shorts, and when I went to checkout she looked online to see if a pair of shoes I wanted were cheaper online. Amazing customer service, she was very patient with me as well. I usually don’t have good experiences in retail stores, however she’s changed my outlook. Will be coming back to this location.
