American Eagle Store

I Just went there for return yesterday and wanted to do them price honours for me. Because I bought two same jeans on different price. So manager and one of their employee told me to bring both jeans then they’ll do price match for me when next day went there manager wasn’t there. But the other employee refused to do that by saying system won’t let me do. I also work in retail and I know, it wasn’t system it was you who don’t want to return. I’ll better order and return online next time. Weird service

An actual store with good selection of sizes available. Nice to go in and be able to try on the clothing instead of having to buy online.

Have some MANNERS when talking to a customer on phone, complete turn off. Ill stick to on line ordering.

Harassed constantly to purchase something by 4 different employees while shopping in the store. Let me shop! (being approached once is enough). They also speak to you in a very artificial, pseudo - friendly way which I could easily see through. Woman's clothing is okay.but every men's item has "AMERICAN EAGLE" plastered on it (except the jeans which are their only redeemable men's item.although criminally overpriced). I'd recommend only browsing their clearance section for jeans (usually situated at the back of the store), while trying to avoid the exasperating talking heads.

Didn’t buy anything but I was impressed with amazing customer service. A beautiful employee Ashley (hope it’s correct) was great with helping me with jeans I tried on. Great mood after visiting even though I realized I should stop eating that much lol

Being a little older (56) but still fairly slim (32w) I was hesitant to go in thinking that this was too young of a place for me to shop, boy was I wrong. The sales associate was really nice and made me feel comfortable right away. She was pushing skinny jeans for me but I think that those are ridiculous at the best of times. I asked for straight leg and we compromised on slim leg. She did have to go in the back to find those. Great fit, so I bought 2 pairs in different colors. She was super helpful and not condescending at all. She made my shopping trip very easy and I will be back.

Horrible experience. Bought a jean for $70, got ripped during normal use within two weeks, took it back there, the associate at the counter made it sound like it's my fault that this happened. Very amateur, old fashioned, and rude customer sevice associate, she might be better off working as a police office than a customer service. I won't buy from this American Eagle store again and won't recomment it to anyone unless they apologize and correct this rude blame-throwing behavior.

The staff here are always very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I always have a good experience at this location.

Was purchasing a gift card and the casher asked for a phone number. Gave two and neither were in the system. She stated "I will enter you into our system". I asked "do we have to be in the system? ". No response so I asked again. She SNAPPED back "you don't have to do anything". I replied "don't get all weirded out, it was simply a question" She responded; "don't call me weird". At this point it became very obvious that she was just being confrontational. I backed off and let my wife complete the transaction.
This will be our last AE purchase. This girl (the only one working the cash register at the time) badly needs some training, or better yet a new job. I have owned several companies in my lifetime. If any of my employees responded to a customer like she did, that would be their last day.

You don't need to know that I buy all of my underwear here. But now you do and I bet you are a better person because of it! Staff are friendly. Clothes are nicely priced and stylish. Always great value!

I also love the Tan, Yellow, White & Pink Long Knot Tie Front Pants that My Mom bought for me this year in August of 2020! I also especially love the clothes & pants! I Also Especially Super De Duper Love & Really Really Really Truly In Love With Those Very Super Soft T-Shirts Such As T-Shirts & Babydoll Style T-Shirts Because You Can Seriously Never Find Any T-Shirts That Are Super Soft & Super Soft Comfortable Loose T-Shirts Like The Ones At American Eagle Outfitters At Coquitlam Centre Mall! I Also Especially Loved My Experience Today Unbelievably Super De Duper Oh So Very Much Without A Doubt! A worker named Danielle was really helpful and understanding that I didn't want to do what she suggested and I absolutely loved the fact that she picked a great top that I tried on and she really loved and liked it on me when I tried it on!

Super cool impressed with the safety and protocols during covid 19! I think they’ve gone above and beyond to keep things safe and I feel very comfortable shopping there right now. Great job!

A number of years ago I was shopping at an EA and I asked the associate for help finding something. She said" we don't have clothes for old people here". I called the manager and put in a complaint. I heard nothing to follow up on my complaint. I guess it was 6 years later I received a $20 gift certificate. An apology that the $20 gift certificate would never expire. The person said they had forgotten to send it to me and was sending it to me 6 years later. I went into another AE store to use this gift certificate and spent some time shopping. I then went to redeem it and was told that it did not have $20 on it. It was worthless. This was a huge waste of time w even worse results when I was too old to shop there. I was in my 40's and wore a size 2. I would expect another more valuable gift certificate sent to me asap to remedy this horrible experience.

The new manager is amazing! Best customer service I've ever had, hands down. I believe her name is Vivian. Would be nice if they had more help to keep the store clean though. That store has always been filthy so not the new managers fault.

It's a good time to find something to treat yourself. I found a vest under after using rewards card just $12. All the sale under$25. Shopping for now.
