Very unprofessional business!

I had an appointment for 12: 15, when I arrived they told me the person I had booked with, did not come in today. Why was I not notified or told earlier in the day? I would have been ok to reschedule if I had not drove all the way down there. It was a waste of my time, gas, and very unprofessional as a business.

They ask for a credit card on file to book an appointment in the event you cancel or no show, they charge you a fee… but when they do not show up and waste your time, it’s nothing! I would not be coming here again or recommend!

My mother in law’s powder brows look amazing! Sonam did a great job mapping them out and making them look natural. The overall process was smooth and relaxing. I would recommend Sonam to everyone. My mother in law love her new brows!

I cannot thank Caitlin from armour beauty lounge enough for what she has done to my skin. I have been struggling with acne for some time now and with my wedding coming up I was willing to try anything to help improve it. I had tried many over the counter creams and a prescription cream that made my skin even worse before Caitlin suggested trying laser genesis. After a single treatment, I was already seeing dramatic improvement and after 3 treatments I had no raised acne and only some scarring left over. I was blown away with how fast this helped my skin and I am forever grateful for how beautiful my skin looked for my wedding day.thank you!

I went to get my eyebrows laminated and was really excited from what I had seen on their instagram. I made an appointment and got my eyebrows completely butchered. I also called them to speak with someone about my experience and they said they would call back the following day. I never received a call back. Highly disappointing.

I seriously can not say enough good things about Amour. First, Raman is the sweetest person ever. She made me feel so comfortable and she always answered all my questions and even after dealt with all my anxiety about if the colour was correct. She knows everything there is to know about permanent makeup. The second time I went for a touch up she was again super sweet, made me feel comfortable and I felt right at home. I got to meet a few of the staff there and I believe the other woman’s name was Georgia! She was also so so sweet! I just all around had an amazing experience and got great vibes from everyone there. I highly recommended them to anyone looking for permanent makeup. I will be returning in the future and have recommended them to all my friends!

I booked in with Raman to have Lip Colour correction and Ombré brows. Raman explained both procedures over the phone before I went in. I was very nervous as didn’t know what to expect and I am not good at handling pain. Throughout my treatments she made me feel at ease and ensured I was comfortable and was constantly asking if I was ok. Today I had my touch up for eyebrows and am honestly in love. Her work is just amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Raman ️

I have known Quin for many years, I have recently gotten my lip blush done and she honestly one of the best. She always makes you feel so comfortable, i would not go anywhere else. I recommend all her beauty services. She made my lips look amazing. Can't wait for my brows now =)

My sister-in-law and I both got our lash extensions done here about 2 weeks ago. When I went in I told her that I needed more volume and fuller set of lashes. The lashes looked great but not nearly enough volume to them. She could done added more. My sisters lashes were way more fuller and she went after me. Maybe she thought she would have to work overtime so she slacked off on mine. I don't know. We were still there past closing time. By a week later my lashes all fell out. Actually not even a week later. I got them done on Saturday and they were almost all fallen by Friday. I don't wear makeup because there is no where to go with COVID and I washed my eyes on the third day as I was told. I paid almost $200 and they didn't even last me a whole week. I called and left a voicemail to get them to fix it or refund me because hello no lashes after 6 days but no one has called me back still. My sisters lashes are fallen out too now 2 weeks later. I've gotten them done before and had them for way longer. Would never recommend this place.not worth the time and money.

I absolutely love the services, staff and elegant atmosphere of Amour. Extremely profession and excellent at what they do, I highly recommend them for their makeup and skincare services.

I had dermaplaning and the fire and ice facial done by Caitlin. I highly recommend coming to Amour to see Caitlin, she's a pro at what she does. I felt super comfortable during both treatments even though it was my first time trying dermaplaning and the facial. Everything was sanitized and super clean & organized. My skin felt so smooth after the dermaplaning and the fire and ice facial did wonders for my skin. After just 1 facial I can legit see a difference in my skin. My skin feels smoother, brighter and tighter. Some of my acne scars have even lightened up. She even gave me a sample of this sunscreen to try and I actually really like it. I have the hardest time finding the right sunscreen bc I have super sensitive, combo, acne-prone skin. Will defs be coming back to see Caitlin, so worth it!

I have also gotten the henna tint done by Rupinder, she is a brow goddess. My brows have never looked so good. I'm always getting compliments from others. She knows exactly what she is doing and takes the time to know how you like ur brows done. If you have gotten your brows butchered from going to other places, I highly suggest you come see Rupinder. She does an amazing job. U won't be disappointed!

I had microblading done here by Quin a few years ago and at first they looked really great! Unfortunately as my natural brows starting growing back (they were tweezed quite a bit during the session and my brows grow veryyy slowly) I noticed the shape of the microblading and my brows is very obviously mismatched. Especially by the tail ends. I did contact them to inquire through email about removal and they offered me an appointment to have things touched up. However I was quite apprehensive to have them put more ink into my face and asked if they did removal but no one got back to me. If you choose to go here just be careful. I am now having to spend more money to get the bad microblading removed.

I was only offered an appointment for another consult. Nor did anyone tell me you don’t offer removal. I simply did not receive a reply. I booked an appointment with Rupinder to get powder ombre on my brows. I was immediately attended to the moment I walked into Amour - zero wait time. The owner, Raman also came by and greeted me and provided advice on my brow shape. Rupinder walked me through the entire process and ensured I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I did not feel rushed at all, Rupinder was extremely patient and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Amour Beauty Lounge for all your beauty services!

From the moment I booked with Raman to the very end was the most easiest and relaxing process ever. I have never done Lip Blush before and I was nervous at first. However, after speaking with her my nerves lowered & when I finally went in to my appointment they had disappeared. I felt so comfortable and had such an amazing experience! She made the whole process as painless as possible I felt like I could take a nap! Constantly asking how I was feeling, and making sure I was numb enough. I wouldn’t have wanted this to go any other way. It was perfect. If you are deciding whether or not to go through with it. Trust me, you will not regret this. I would totally recommend Amour Beauty lounge to anyone looking for amazing professional work! I have recently got semi permanent tattooing on my eyebrows and I couldn’t be grateful enough to have someone so talented like Raman to work on my brows. She was very kind and made me feel so comfortable in this process. She explained the process throughly and also how to take care of them afterwards. She sent me home with a cute card with post op instructions so I wouldn’t forget! I had a total transformation and I couldn’t have picked a better person or place to go to! It’s a wonderful environment to be in and they have many wonderful services which I also highly recommend. I can’t wait to go back and try other services they have to offer cause I’ve seen amazing results. LOVE LOVE LOVE. You just have to go in and see for yourself!

This was my first time visiting Amour and I was very happy and satisfied with my experience. I got combination brows done by Raman who was very friendly, patient and professional. She was very informative and explained throughout the process what she was going to do and why she was doing it which made me feel very comfortable. The space is also very clean and sanitary which made me feel safe and well taken care of. A week after my eyebrows healed Raman followed up with me to make sure everything was okay and if I had any questions which I appreciated. This showed me that the staff at Amour really cares about their clients and that they go above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of and happy with their results. I love my eyebrows and they have never looked better! Since getting my first touch up done, after 6 weeks, I continue to receive many compliments and do not have to worry about filling in my eyebrows which makes getting ready a quicker process. I would definitely recommend Amour to others not just for eyebrows but for their many other services because you will be in trustworthy, knowledgable and caring hands.

I have left 4 messages to get my microblading done and do not appreciate no calls back - my time is also valuable

After my hair stylist moved salon i was looking for someone who had knowledge of latest trends in terms of hair color, styling etc and also believes in maintaining the integrity of hair.while browsing pics on insta, i found Amu Chohan from Amour Beauty lounge.i made an online appointment which was super quick and easy. Amu did an amazing job with my hair.the color has never looked this beautiful, it's been three months and my hair still looks fresh.i receive tons of compliments and have never been happier with how friendly and convenient the whole process was.

I got my first session for lip blush with Raman in August, and my second session a month and a half later in October. I am absolutely loving the results, my lips look so bright and perfect. I feel like I wake up looking pretty and don't even have to wear makeup anymore. Raman is amazing and the sweetest, and her service is the best because you actually see results. I get so many compliments on my lips, my friends and family all notice the difference too! If you're thinking about doing it, please do. I'd definitely recommend to everyone, can't wait to get more services with Raman soon!

I got my eyebrows done by Quin in 2016. I didn't get much of a say in the shape of my eyebrows, she just went ahead and did her thing. I inquired about getting higher arches and she just said no it wouldn't suit me, and that was that. The entire process was painless, which was nice, however she does dominate the appointment. At the end of the appointment, Quin took a photo of me without asking, and I was visibly uncomfortable and she said, "Don't worry you can't see your whole face, you can't tell it's you. " And to make matters worse, I saw she posted my photo on their Instagram account, again, without asking me. In the end I didn't like my eyebrows. I contacted Amour Beauty Lounge to get a touch up appointment (it was past the touch up time) and asked to be booked with Quin again. The receptionist said she was unavailable (Quin had told me to ask her for her when I booked my touch up appointment) and tried to book me in with another person. In an email I asked how much it would cost and they would reply telling me they can book me in with this other person and to call in. So I called SEVERAL times and every time they said they would get someone to call me back. No one ever called me back. I emailed again and again asking to know the price because why would I book with a new person before I even knew the cost? And they replied back to my email asking for my phone number so they would call me back. NO ONE EVER CALLED. Needless to say, this experience was unbelievably frustrating. Just absolutely awful. The entire experience left a completely terrible taste in my mouth. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

I've been going to Amour Beauty Lounge and seeing Quin since 2017. She's always done such an amazing job with my brows. I got microblading done in the past but this year, I went with ombre powder brows. The way she is able to frame your face perfectly with the right shape of brows is very impressive. I can definitely say I trust her with my face! I'm looking into getting my lip stain done later this year and I'm feeling excited about that. Also, it's always great seeing Quin, we always have the most interesting conversations!

I recently got my eyebrows done from Rupinder she is awesome. She is highly expert in her job I always get brows done from her. She is very friendly and always listens to the client. I love the way she does her job and just to mention I go all the way from Burnaby to Langley just to get my brows done from her

Hands down the best trainers out there! Raman Chohan & Quin Tran gave me such amazing training for Ombré Powder Brows & Lip Blushing! Their support is outstanding, when you need them their there! Overall the Lounge is so stunning, classy & inviting, very beautiful place. Thanks ladies for everything! I highly highly recommend them & their services!

I get my eyebrows microblading done there and both my sisters did and a bunch of friends I know, and they are all super happy with the result.

Will be back there 100%, and the most interesting thing about that service is they became your friend, they check on you after and always stay in touch with you to make sure you are HAPPY with your brows.

I've been in the fashion industry for many years and have visited many beauty shops. My visit to this place was honestly the worst of all. EXTREMELY over rated with ZERO integrity in the service they provide what so ever. They are solemnly focused on trying to squeeze as much money out of you as possible & do not care how you like anything done. I've had my nails done there which chipped off less then 2 weeks later which I thought maybe it was the products they use so I decided to give it another shot as I never judge based off first visits. I had microblading done by quinn which was one BIG JOKE.she does not care about what you like as she will proceed to do whatever she likes and she ruined my eyebrows.my left eyebrow now has a much higher arch then the left as she did not fill in the arch of my right so it shows the blade mark as a dark brown line which is more embarrassing then before. She didn't even care to speak with me about how unhappy I was as she told her receptionist to tell me to pay almost half of what I had already payed to get it done right as it SHOULD OF BEEN DONE the first time. COMPLETELY CARELESS OWNERS honestly just save your time, energy & money and avoid this place.

I recently had Ombre shading done for my eyebrows by Raman at Amour Beauty Lounge. Raman is easy going and made me feel super comfortable. Raman is professional, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her if you are thinking of changing up your brow game!
