Anahiata did a fantastic job in our sold and purchased property which was in 2 row days! She prepared all of documents in timely manner and removed all of potential road blocks in advance to make sure completion dates are less stressful for us.

We just call her to get some information and even book an appointment to go to her office and ask her to help us to do just a very simple and easy document confirmation, unfortunately she did very unprofessional and rude manner to us. Really disappointed I'm not going to recommend this notary public service at all.

Stay away. She will over charges, she gave us a qoute for about $1500 -$1600, she charged us for $2300. Unfortunately she hides the truth. She took our mortgage as a hostage and didn't process it and forced us to pay the overcharges. She takes money from you by double charging you through disbursements and othe common charges that also falls under disbursement. Her English is really poor and she is extremely rude. Stay away. The bank and the broker were shocked on how she hides and blends additional costs into the file.
