I had the best experience with Ana. The place is clean, calm and well-maintained. The colour selection is fantastic. It’s the most organized and professional salon I have seen in the neighbourhood. I was greeted by Ana and had a very delightful experience with her. Ana is very professional and thorough yet gentle and polite. She understands the importance of customer experience, and she delivers that with grace and kindness. I highly recommend this place if you value quality and excellent service. I will go back.

Nice and cozy place! The staff is very nice and Ana is amazing! She takes care of all her clients. I did pedicure and waxing twice and both were a great job! Definitely, Anastasia Studio & Spa is my new place to take care of myself. Prices are very competitive for the area. Thanks Ana and your team!

I came in for a gel pedicure and acrylic nails. I’m pleased with my nails, however the one doing my pedicure cut the ball of my foot pretty badly and didn’t even acknowledge it. Did she think I didn’t feel it? Not until I said my foot was bleeding did she tend to it. And it was quite painful as I limped out. No sorry are you ok. Or even a 20% off or something as a gesture of customer service.

I was a loyal customer of this Salon for 2+ years. I even tried to bring in business for her. In one recent visit, she repays my kindness by pushing me when I informed her that the friend I had booked the appointment for couldn't make it in. After I informed her about my friend she worked on my nails a few more minutes and abruptly left to work on another customer without saying a word. Lapse about 45 min, I asked her when she was going to finish as I had another appointment. Her response was to stand up and push me as she walked passed without saying a word. She left with my nails a unfinished mess much to my chagrin.
Obviously, I would never recommend this salon and regret that I ever did.

Came in for an acrylic fill after a terrible manicure at a different salon & I couldn’t be happier! The salon was lovely, quiet, clean and the staff were so pleasant. Amy did a fabulous job on my mani and was super gentle & meticulous. Competitive pricing for the area and the custom design was only $8 extra! I’ll be back for sure:)

I would prescribe this spot to anybody! Predominant assistance at reasonable costs, the staff individuals are so kind and had the option to convey all that I needed with such a lot of care. Once more, I would return

This place is absolutely amazing! The best nail salon I've ever been to. I came here for a mani-pedi while on holidays and I'm so glad I did. The owner has created a beautiful oasis and she's incredibly friendly. Her and her staff worked efficiently, while also taking great care to ensure I was comfortable. They even went the extra mile and let my partner sit in the massage chair next to mine while I waited for my nails to dry. My nails turned out great and I left feeling very relaxed. It's really affordable as well. I'll definitely be back the next time we visit Vancouver. Thanks so much for a great experience!

I would never refer this shop to anyone. Their website makes it seem a whole lot better. But in actuality it feels like a back alley shop trying to make it in an upscale part of town. Very high priced and I was shocked to see it was the top place in town. The gal doing my nails was clueless about all of it. At almost $500 for 2 adults and a childs pedicure, I would never go back there.one star is not even what I would choose but it doesn't let u put less.

I would recommend this place to anyone! Superior service at affordable prices, the staff members are all so kind and were able to deliver everything that I wanted with so much care. I would definitely come back again

I’ve been coming to Anna for my nails for over 4 months now. She always does a great job and takes time making a beautiful design while caring for my nail health. I will keep referring friends and family to her because she does the best work in the city.

The owner and the girls are all lovely, almost everyone is amazing at nail art and the one girl that isn’t gave me one of the best pedis of my life. The last two times I have gone my shellac started chipping after a few days and the shine faded on it too (but to be fair I never went back to see if they would fix it and i’m sure they would have).

I went here for the first time today and had such a fantastic experience. The person helping me was very friendly and did a phenomenal job with my nails. She was detailed and thorough with the shape and application.
The results were sleek and modern.

I am so happy and will definitely go back.

My go to salon while in Vancouver. So clean and professional! They do a fantastic job, without feeling rushed. So much attention to detail…my shellac manicures last far longer than other salon I’ve been to. Pedicures are fabulous – they also include a hot stone lower leg massage – heavenly. Love the staff, atmosphere and would highly recommend!

Such amazing service, I called 5 minutes before and they got me in for a gel mani and pedi. The people working here are so so lovely and kind. I really enjoyed that they asked what I wanted on the TV and gave me a hot stone foot massage. My nails also look gorgeous!

I’m in Vancouver visiting family and haven’t been able to get a mani/pedi in Toronto for a while due to Covid lockdowns! I read all of the positive reviews about Anastasia’s and was able to get an appointment right away! Anna and her staff are so lovely and welcoming and the spa is super clean and there is a divider between each pedicure chair to keep people safe during Covid. I had one of the best manicures and pedicures EVER and will absolutely return on future visits to Vancouver! If I lived here, this would be my new “go to” spa and I highly recommend it to lucky Vancouverites! Anna- wishing you all the best and it was brave of you to start a business during a pandemic. I will absolutely see you again on a return trip to Vancouver!

Stopped in for a pedicure on a whim and I am so glad I did. Honestly, I just received the best pedicure I've ever had! Complete with hot stone massage, this pedicure was top of the line. For the extremely affordable price, I am shocked with how thorough, relaxing and detailed my service was. Being from out of town, Anastasia will be a must-do for all my visits to Vancouver.

Anna did an incredible job of my nails! Also they are super covid conscious, everyone wears a mask, PLUS they have full partitions (plastic divider) so it reduces risk, and they ensure hands are washed before and after you get your nails done.

I just moved to Vancouver from Toronto where I haven't been able to get my nails done for quite some time, and had ruined them by trying to do them myself at home. They were in pretty rough shape and I was scared I wouldn't be able to get any gel colour on them and would have to wait it out. I had my appointment with Anna and I am SO SO happy! I left with my nails fixed, properly trimmed and buffed and most importantly, a beautiful colour! I'm so happy with the service provided by Anna. I'm new to the area and was hoping to find a salon to go to regularly now, and Anastasia's will definitely be that salon for me.

A fresh new spot in the area of Kits/Jericho. Not my first rodeo, but danggggg. Not only was Anna and Yen amazing, they were both kind, professional, inviting and interesting ladies. I had a pedicure with shellac done by Anna and it was honestly one of the best pedicures I have had. I have high expectations when it comes to these sorts of things and Anna did not disappoint. I can tell she takes great pride in what she does and is very meticulous. I have had my shellac on for approximately three weeks now, maybe longer, and it has kept really well. I will definitely be back. Not only was she really good at what she does but she had a warm and welcoming vibe. Thank you Anna!
