I love my GP and her receptionist Michaela is fantastic. They also never run late which feels like such a rarity.

Very rude and unwelcome there and a dog always altogether with the blood procedure. You can come for your time and wait for 1.5 hours without anyone even say sorry and you can be late for a few minutes because of parking and they cancel all the urgent procedure. Avoid at any cost.

It’s not a walk in clinic. Appointment only. So put up a sign that clearly states “by appointment only “. Obnoxious and rude front end staff. I wouldn’t take my dog to this clinic.
