Absolutely the GREATEST place to go and get your nails done on the island. The ladies are so sweet and are incredibly efficient. In love with my nails and still 3.5 weeks and going strong! The owner is fab!

The pedicures are good, but lack of respect for appointment is disappointing. Every time I book, they have over booked and my appoint is usually 20-45 past time. It's happened the last 4 times. I will be trying out another business unfortunately

This is a really lovely nail shop, very clean and the staff are very friendly. I’ve been here multiple times and am always happy with my nails. They take walk-ins if they have room; but my advice is to call ahead and book an appointment.

Cheerful staff, bright and friendly salon. Jenny was wonderful and did the best pedicure I have ever had. I will definitely go back! My feet aren't pretty enough to add a photo!

I chose this salon after reading good reviews. Usually I go to a place in mill bay but my nail was broken and I needed it fixed right away. I got a fill and my goodness it was expensive. Especially for the terrible job. Top coat is dingy and bubbly. Plus I have splits in 2 more nails. Went on to get one fixed walked it with more damage. Not impressed

Pedicure was not great, nail polish was all messed up and uneven and they didn’t even care.
Update: Not sure what the response means but I was definitely at Andola nail spa in Duncan.

Went in for the first time today, great experience. Went in for mani and pedi gel nails and they were friendly, good service and fairly priced:) I will definitely return.

Quite expensive lady was quite put out when I went back a few days later to shorten my nails. Not an experience I will repeat.

My grandmother and I both got pedicures with regular polish today, including a gel polish removal for her. We are both very pleased with the service, atmosphere, and outcome. Thankyou to Sofia for my pedi and thankyou Andola Nail Spa.:)

Wonderful staff and fantastic service! Always great attention to detail and an amazing end product. I receive many compliments on my nails and don’t hesitate to refer people. Andola is the best nail spa in town and are very busy as a result so make sure to call ahead for an appointment.

My husband and I had made an appointment to have our nails done at Andola Nail Spa in Duncan today. I received a gel mani/pedi and my husband a normal mani/pedi. We have been coming to them since we moved to the Island 3 1/2 years ago. Their impeccable service, friendly smiles and attention to detail are what keeps bringing us back. I often receive compliments on my nails and send them referrals without hesitation. In my opinion, they are the best, they are often busy so I recommend you call and book an appointment, you will not be disappointed.

Went in with some friends to pamper myself before my wedding. Mani and pedi!
I dont get my nails done often, so my cuticles needed a good push back on both hands and feet.
They did not touch my cuticles. They painted overtop of my overgrown cuticles. I actually paid money for this. This is awful.

The worst pedicure I've met. 16 minutes. No cuticle removal. No dead skin removal. The only tool they use/have is a metal grater (which I've not seen used for years) - At a loss for words, as to why this place gets top marks - terrible.

My nails looked great the first hour I had them I went home and they kept cracking *I was just sitting on my couch doing nothing* the next day the cracks were worse over the week they have done nothing but crack I had to cut them so the cracks were gone I was happy the first day but unhappy the next it’s was $75 for my nails to last not even a week

My mom was without a nail salon recently when her fave place got shut down for not following proper Covid safety I have been to Andola a handful of times for pedicures so I recommended she give it a try. They took her in the next day and treated her like the 70+ yr old Princess that she should be treated. Clean. Safe. Helpful. She left with a big smile and her nails are still beautiful 2 weeks later and counting. PS, I went with her and got a full acrylic set and gel pedi. Very happy

The most welcoming, best place to go for self-care. I would highly recommend going here. The staff is extremely professional and in my experience, they have been, super accommodating.
