We had a bad job of re wiring our stereo in our ski boat. Took it to Andre’s in Vernon. These guy’s are the real deal! Above and beyond as far as I’m concerned. Brody and Larry were so great to deal with! It sounds fantastic! Nice to see a company not rake you through the coals with expensive prices! Will definitely use this place again!

Had an issue with a KENWOOD head unit, Andres had no issue with a replacement without question.

Went to two other places in Vernon before here looking for a cellphone and not one person greeted me. Walked in the door and immediately was helped. Staff knew everything about phones, Traegers and smokers. Customer service isn't dead, check these guys out.

Went in looking for a quick affordable replacement for my aging trucks blown speakers.aaron hooked me up in about 5 minutes, and after a bit of monkeying to get the stock mounting plates tapped to accept the new speakers life is good again.

I bought a tv for 750$ and it stopped working 5/6 weeks later they will not help me and LG won’t help me now I have a tv that won’t work. Very disappointed with the service. I make sure to let everyone know.

I had never been into Andres before until my co worker friend told me about her experience having command start installed on her car there. My husband is hard to shop for and if Valentines Day and his birthday aren't this month.

I was able to go in and the staff helped explain all the options I could do with hubby's truck. I ended up saving over half of what the dealership would have charged me and Andre's had the truck ready in a little over an hour!

Husband is ecstatic. I'm happy. Everybody should shop at Andre's!

Aaron, Daro and the team at Andres helped supply the equipment I needed for my car stereo. They were patient with my less than ideal knowledge of the subject. They were also helpful with tips, tricks and suggestions regarding the solution I wanted. I had multiple visits (my fault for being so indecisive with my choices) and was assisted with the same level of courtesy as the first visit. Would recommend. Plenty of stock on the shelves, helpful advise and timely service. Would recommend!

I phoned Andres electronics to inquire about a washer. Even though they didn't have the model I was looking for, the salesman discussed the next best option for me and I decided to go with that. He was very courteous and polite. He had no problem helping me over the phone and I

Great experience dealing with Brody (Vernon B. C.) location. He was helpful and most importantly knowledgeable on his products and the different variants from one to another. In our case we purchased a T. V.

It seems a daunting task to educate yourself on which TV has what feature (more often some abbreviations; UHD, LED, 4K, OLED or QLED, quantum this, Dolby vision, 7th generation processors, etc, etc. This is difficult for anyone who isn’t a large television manufacturing employee who focuses on the newest and greatest TV options. Eventually you’ll find yourself asking but do I really need these options? And which are actually important for myself or my family.

Someone like Brody has your answers.
