I am often impressed by the personal, friendly and quality services provided by businesses in Kamloops and Dave at Andre’s is a great example of that. Keep up the great work!

Management and staff are top of the line. We have been a loyal customer for 16 years and always received great service. The store is in rough condition, maintenance is so poor they don’t have heat in the shop and staff is having to use hot shots and has been this way for several days. Staff that is that dedicated and have to work in conditions like that is such a shame I have many staff of my own and would never put my team through that environment. Merry Christmas and wishing you all some Reno’s.

After some frustrating attempts to upgrade my phone at other vendors, I decided to come to Andres and was helped immediately. The service was fast. Friendly and efficient.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Car remote-start stopped working so went in to see if they could run a diagnostic. The technician came outside right away to look at it. Turned out to be a simple blown fuse which they replaced for me free of charge. The friendliness, quality and speed of service, and of course the replacement fuse are all very much appreciated! (They're also 'Maiden fans too, so there's that.)

Great customer service very helpful and listens to my preferences and concerns and good prices as well

Dave in car audio was such a massive help. I rolled in on a road trip with problems with my stereo and he dropped everything to help me get what I needed to continue. Don't shop somewhere that fires people for being concerned about safety.

Amazing Management and staff. If have a question they can answer and if not will find it. Exceptional options for all budgets. Won't go to the big box stores these guys look after all your electronic needs.

This place is the absolute worst.

TL/DR: garbage staff, no ethics, bad service across the board, even worse if you're a SmartStart customer.

The sales staff are uninformed on the products they sell and they have zero customer service skills. They will actively avoid helping you while in store and are impossible to reach on the phone. They have a bad habit of telling people that items are on the way when they haven't been ordered yet, prompting customers to lay deposits instead of going elsewhere. Everything is overpriced and stock is always incredibly limited.

Eric is likely the worst electronics installer in the world. His and the shop managers attempts to save time and solder/wrap wires to fuses instead of connecting them properly, directly to power sources has caused multiple electrical issues to a brand new vehicle, including dangerous shut downs in start/stop traffic. He also probably shouldn't try to sell customers weed during appointments. I have had nothing but terrible experiences at this store.

Do yourself a favour a shop elsewhere if you can.

If you can't go elsewhere, due to a DUI, then don't let Andres limited hours/staffing/professionalism cost you more money when they cancel your calibration appointments due to their own negligence and poor work ethics. Ensure you log all complaints with their partner criminals at SmartStart directly so that you don't have to pay for unlock codes due to "missed" appointments. By not holding Andres accountable for continuous cancellations, these two companies are actively working together to charge you more for the services they have a monopoly on. The fact they have the sole contract to perform ignition interlock services in the area is ridiculous.this company needs some kind of oversight and better management.

Went in a couple months ago knowing exactly what TV I wanted to buy. I stood by the counter and watched an employee putter around, clean, and che k his phone but he completely ignored me. We even made eye contact a few times and he didn't even stop to say hello. After being ignored for more than 5 mins I took my business elsewhere.

Always a pleasure dealing with Dave. I travel a few hours out of my way just to go to this establishment for his killer customer service.

Came in for a dashcam and subwoofer install. I was given a quick overview to the work that's been done and how the dashcam operates.

Definitely a fan of how the cables were well hidden and loomed.

I went to install the remote engine start for my car. I was offered a massage chair, big TV and a wi-fi all available in the waiting room. While I was getting my massage and watching Top Gun 3, a manager cam to me and said: "I have a good news for you - I will not charge you $500 - you already have the remote engine start in your car. And, by the way, feel free to finish your massage and watching the movie". Honesty is the best business!

Always a pleasure deaking with the staff. Im a long time customer. The people that know me treat me well. But even when there is new staff, they treat me as if they have known me for years. Very eager to help and respectful.

This is the place to go! These guys know their stuff. Very happy with my new audio system. Tricky install with to tie everything in with the OEM head unit but they nailed it! Crisp and clean sound. Amp and DSP install looks like it came from the factory!

Absolutely phenomenal service on the whole stores behalf, the store manager was beyond wonderful. She was polite over the phone and answered every question I had to ask. She’s extremely professional and goes above and beyond for customers and staff!

Had an issue with a stereo I bought three years ago at Andre's and took it in. The guy was awesome fixed it for me on the spot! Excellent service. Will definitely head there first for electronics and appliance shopping.

Got a quote by a newer employee for a subwoofer install. When I went in for my appointment Dave was able to save me 600$ off the original quote by sourcing a box that could fit under my seat instead of building one. I could tell they wanted me to get what I wanted as cheap as possible, instead of focusing on gouging me for money. The install only took a few hours and was super professional, works great. Can’t recommend this place enough for any car audio needs. I’d definitely recommend speaking to Dave as well.

Even though I never received a call back after having left messages over a period of three days my experience at Andre's was very pleasant and they had in stock the item I was calling about and for a bit of compensation for not returning my calls they further reduced sale price a small amount as an apology. Thank you, it was a pleasure doing business with you. P. S. I know I will be shopping there again.

Very professional and honest fixed my car audio they diagnosed blown fuse, replaced the fuse and did not charge any thing for it. Made my day thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Andres and Danielle, best price in town and unbelievable customer service. As I’m well aware shipping time frames are all over the place but Danielle stayed on top of my order for my new build the whole way and kept me informed. I’ve dealt with numerous other appliance stores in Kamloops and found it very challenging. Danielle save the day and save me thousands of dollars! Always friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. Josh always comes thru with Telus options and service and Easton knows his products. Management runs a good store, great location with many unbeatable prices. Wish there was a little more room to shop around inside, as sometimes looks like a wearhouse with inventory everywhere. Overall very good.

I have been going to Andres for awhile now. They have installed my remote starter. I deal with Telus mobility they them as well. It’s always great professional service.

I shopped on line and drove around for the best deal on a new tv. All the prices were the same, but what was made worse was that very few places had the TV in stock.
Andre’s had the TV in Stock and also beat the Only store “I found” that had it in stock. The Sales staff (Tony) AND Manager of Kamloops store was extremely helpful. The other store was $150.00 cheaper on everyone’s sale price, But Andre’s beat it by another $50.00. All though that may not seem like a lot on a $3100.00 purchase (sale price $3299.00). I take into consideration that, Very few stores had the high end tv in stock and No other store would lower their price for me to compensate for ordering from a warehouse.
Andre’s earned the sale and My Loyalty to their Business and staff service.

Don't waste your time. Went in this morning around 10am to buy a remote car starter and the car audio guy didn't even acknowledge i was there. I waited for him to finish on the phone and he proceeded to act busy while ignoring me. Do not go here go anywhere else. I went to Visions right after to complete my purchase.

Danielle and the rest of the gang at Andre's in Kamloops are #1! Couldn't be happier with the service I got when I was looking for a specific new TV, and their price was fair compared to the competition. A week later the same TV was advertised for $500 less and their price protection policy kicked in. The refund process couldn't have been easier! Makes it easy to have confidence buying local vs the big box guys. Buying a new phone from them was painless too, and their $50 "setup charge" was offset with a $50 gift certificate. One happy customer!

Dave and his team are really accommodating and are some of the most knowledgeable folks to ever work on my car. Best in the business for car audio and I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

I went to 2 other places before coming here to try and get my car starter fixed …both places took over an hour to look at it and they said you need a whole new car starter system put it which would have costed me a bunch of money…. With my last hope I took it here and I’m so glad I did! Not olny did they fix it…. It olny took them about 15 mins! Appliances were damaged when delivered. The boxes were broken into a million pieces and it made a huge mess in my driveway, since they tried to open it up before I saw the damaged packaging. Yes even old people can own cameras and check them to see why their yard IS FULL OF STYROFOAM.

Never going back. Contemplating sending the video to the police to get the buggers for littering Styrofoam EVERYWHERE.

I have an ancient stereo in my work van. I've been transferring it from Van to van for at least the last 25 years. My sub finally broke its seal and needed to be replaced. I walked in here, and ask them for something cheap. He pulled out an old Rockford fosgate sub, and gave it to me for such a terrific price I couldn't say no. Now I'm looking just to upgrade the entire stereo in the van, so I will definitely be coming to these guys cuz they treat you right.

I was met with a greeting and it just so happened that he had just finished with another customer so he was able to see me right away. When I was uncertain about the item I needed for my car (car charger) he asked if he could check in my car for me which he did. He had the item I I wanted and even the colour I wanted. I paid for it and I left. Josh is very good at what he does.

Bought a 65" HD OLED from Danielle. Wasn't happy with it, (too big for my viewing space) brought it back and Danielle helped me find one better suited to my needs and size. No problems. Very professional and helpful.

Excellent service, needed the restroom as we were there for over an hour, it was horribly filthy and no paper, good thing I had some tissue! There should be a separate washroom for customers as it can take quite a bit of time to have services completed like changing service providers.

James was excellent. Knowledgeable, patient, and very willing to assist me. He went the extra mile to have telus drop the last bit of payout left on my old phone and get me the best phone available. He took the time to help me get started setting it up and explained the features clearly.
