Great service on a rather small order. Polite and resourceful. Would not hesitate to do more business with Andre's again.

It's sad to say as these guys are local, but just go to visions. It's the same store but cheaper and better hours. No price beat guarantee like visions, no bonus 2 year warranty either. Bought a new tv, asked the sales guy where the legs mounted on the tv so it would fit on our current stand. He was off by about a foot. Had to go buy a new stand and re-install my whole media setup. I totally regret not just going to visions.

Ryan at Andres was extremely helpful & quick to help. He found what I was looking for, gave me appropriate options, very pleasantly. I'd been to 3 other businesses who didn't have what I needed & the staff weren't as informed.

Purchased a Sony 75inch TV with ease, service was honest and friendly. Very informative, and they a have a great local 5 year protection plan. I also purchased a Bluetooth adapter for my analog stereo system and it works incredibly well, make your older stereo equipment roar to give you that full theater experience!

Went in earlier in the month to talk about switching from Shaw to Telus.got some help ful info to do my research on making a decision to switch. Went I had made a choice to switch I went in a KIERAN. Went above and beyond.very satisfied.nice job.thanks again for making it simple.

I had the pleasure of buying a new IPhone today at Andre’s Electronics on Springfield Rd. The price and the discounts were amazing and they had exactly what I needed. I am very impressed by the Service I received from a young man named Michael. He was so friendly and helpful, taking care of the entire set up without making me feel dumb. I always shop for my electronics at Andres and I highly recommend the store. Ask for Michael because he will take great care of you!

I came in asked for their best price on a Samsung TV - they gave it to me and after doing some price comparisons at other places decided on Andre’s as Dave (Kelowna) was a low pressure sales person who used the “start the way you mean to finish” philosophy and gave me a great price upfront

Have been a customer of this location before, went in searching for a JBL Partybox 300. Sold out, but Cameron was very helpful and found me a great alternative to suit my needs, even let me inbox it and try it out before purchase. Definitely will be coming back for future purchases

I recently talked to an online support worker while I was trying to buy a TV. Because I work in Healthcare, they were going to give me the Sony Bravia x90j TV for 1225 ahead of black Friday. I naturally agreed and the support worker said he would tell Cameron at the Kelowna store about the deal and he could make sure that I was "taken care off". Cameron was apparently aware, and the online support worker assured me that it would get done today. This was all organized on Thursday, October 28th, so there was plenty of time to get it done. I called them ahead of time today and they said that they didn't have anything on file and that the price is "well below cost" and told me to call back tomorrow. And they said they couldn't do anything because the manager was not in. I tried to tell them that I had screenshots of the conversation, and they still wouldn't honor it even though the online attendant said there should be no problem picking it up on Sunday. I immediately went to best buy, got them to price match, and had NO issues. It's disheartening that they made this experience very difficult, as I'm in the middle of moving and working and simply don't have much time. If this is how they treat health care workers, I don't think that I would recommend Andre's to my friends and family.

I have never received such good service before when buying a new phone. Adele really knows her stuff, when it comes to product info, knowledge of sales programs, warranty, security.the whole gamut. She was recommended by a friend from Vancouver Island believe it, or not, and she didn't disappoint!

Great service. They took the time to go through my options of installing an additional subwoofer in my SUV and linking it to the on-board system (including spots in the trunk to keep it hidden as well as brands and sizing, as well as a detailed walkthrough of the process). It sounds fabulous! Would definitely recommend them for car audio and am 100% going to bring my next vehicle here for similar treatment. Bit of a long wait time but we’ll worth it. And no wonder, considering the quality of work they put into it.

Ryan was a stellar tech/phone consultant. He is well informed, very professional in his conduct and delivery. He explains things very clearly and takes the time to be sure the client understands. He is very personable and patient. I am not typically a fan of upgrading tech or trying to stay on top of the trends but Ryan made it easy and practical for my needs. Dave helped so much with answers to our questions on how to best utilize the technologies that we were about to purchase. Once we clearly understood how to use the equipment we purchased it. We appreciated that Dave was patient and explained things clearly and in a friendly manner.

With all the challenges of products not coming in on time during Covid, Gary at Andres really thought outside the box to deliver the paid product I have been waiting for 3 months. I was waiting for a frame for the Frame tv from Samsung in my preferred colour and once it was clear that frame was not going to arrive anymore he had another one spray painted and the result is just the same. Thanks Gary for going the extra mile. In the end it is about customer service and being able to deliver.

After going to other electronics stores for our new soundbar, we ended up at Andre's. Gary greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. He didn't push us into something we didnt need or want. He was very knowledgeable about thee product, and we left with the Sonos Beam soundbar. Can't wait to get it set up. Thanks Andre's, you just became our electronics store.

I've had a great experience here my wife and I came in to ask about sound bars and we spoke with Gary and he was very knowledgeable and I answered all of our questions didn't put any pressure on us we went home did our homework came back and purchased our sound bar today would like to thank Gary Stabb for all of his assistance.

I usually shop in West Kelowna and have had “excellent “ service from the crew there however I moved from Peachland to Kelowna so your store in Kelowna was more convenient. I walked into your store and within 30 mins I had picked up a fabulous deal on a TV. My salesman was courteous and knowledgeable and answered all my questions (and I had many questions!).
