Justin took the time and care to find exactly what I needed to hook up my old Bose speaker. He explained settings to ensure that it would work and when I got it home it worked flawlessly. He is a super hero! I had previously bought a different unit and cables from a different place and they didn't work. I will definitely go back to shop there and ask for him by name. His customer service far excelled any I’ve experienced for a long time.

From the moment I walked into the store to purchase my TV and microwave to the guys showing up to install, the service I received was amazing, professional, and efficient. Justin helped me along the way as well as the guys who set up my system were fantastic. Right on time, friendly, and boy oh boy do they know what they are doing. When they had finished the install they were so helpful to take the time to explain the details of the remote system, and the tv's capabilities. Exceptional customer service from Paul on several occasions. One time I came in looking for help with an issue I was having (product issue and no fault of Andres) and Paul was amazing. He didn’t give up until the problem was resolved. Thank you!

Paul was very helpful with helping me with car stereos and up front about an extra cost that came with my car. He even phoned me after I had an appointment booked and said he could get me in right then because of a no-show. The man who did the installation (believe his name was Brian) worked extremely fast and was also very nice. Overall very good experience here and will most likely be returning for anything in the future.

Really appreciate the kind of service that I received from Andre’s in Penticton. All of the workers were kind, patient, and welcoming.
