Honestly I would put more stars to rate this business. I delt with Andrew and I am amazed for how easy and efficient getting us a mortgage. We have tried a bank before we were recommended to Andrew… 2 weeks and they couldn’t get us a mortgage but 3 days I think is all it took him to get us the mortgage we wanted and with a lower down payment that I didn’t even ask for he told me he wanted to make sure that we would be fully covered. He also gave us a great detailed explanation on what we were signing as I had no idea. I have nothing bad to say about my experience at all, it was an absolute pleasure to have him as our broker!

Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He’s extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend him to absolutely everyone.

I was recommended Andrew by my realtor when I started looking into buying a house in Cranbrook. Andrew went above and beyond to help my husband and I purchase our first home. My husband is new to Canada and fairly soon after he found a job we wanted to start the process of buying a home. After being told by a local bank that we would not qualify until my husband had at least two years of Canadian credit history we felt defeated and super disappointed. Our friend recommended we try Andrew and he went out of his way to meet us after hours to discuss what we would need to work on before we could buy. Andrew was amazing! He got us a higher loan amount than the bank offered, saving us a bunch of $$$ on our down payment. We can now put those dollars into our renovations. On top of that, the interest rate he landed was far better than my bank savin me more $$$. This man got back to me in a timely fashion with every question I had. Really impressed!
