I've frequented Andrew Sheret on a number of occasions with great service. The gentleman today did his utmost to answer my questions and he also provided great service.

It's not uncommon for customers, regardless of whether they are a contractor or a homeowner, to ask questions, seek clarity or advice. This was my mission today.

We bought a new water and ice dispensing refrigerator. Our old one had these features too. The water line for the old fridge was a flexible solid plastic tubing. Turns out that that stuff was phased out a while ago. And, the new fridge didn't specify the thread diameter or pitch for its water inlet. Gotta wonder. So, cutting off the output end of the plastic tube, I could maneuver it over to the new fridge's inlet to find they matched. Andrew Sheret's counter staff listened to my description of the shutoff, saw the brass coupling and got me the substitute new hose, an adapter to mate it to the shutoff and sized that new hose to fit the new fridge. We installed it all, no leaks and everything they guessed at from afar fit just as hoped for. Excellent service at good prices.

Andrew in parts was able to find what I needed and inform me that my local location actually had stock. (they weren't able to look it up) He then got me a part number and I was able to locally pick up a simple little thing that prevented our heater from working. I'd been all over town and no one could help me, but one phone call and I was squared away. Thanks.
