I brought certain components to the store seeking assistance with their replacement. However, the response I received was rather disheartening: "I've never come across these before. If you're uncertain about the brand, I'm afraid I can't offer any assistance. " It seemed like minimal effort was put forth to help, with no attempt to consult other employees or explore alternative solutions.

They recommended that I seek assistance at the Splashes store; however, regrettably, I encountered a similar lack of helpfulness there. It seemed that without being 100% sure about the brand and model, finding a solution proved elusive.

I have received great customer service and highly recommend this store. You can find the various things you are looking for by the expert staff especially Steve.

Great store with great people. You need something for a umbing job and they will most likely have it.

By far the best Andrew sherets location, also small wait times and lots of staff to help out, and also fully stocked for parts unlike some other suppliers, would highly recommend them if you’re in the Burnaby/Vancouver area.

As a contractor I use Andrew Sheret for my business and have always had amazing service. Steve goes above and beyond to help out with products in store and that need to be brought in. Also being the only supplier open on Sundays has been very beneficial for me keeping my business open for customers in an emergency.

Amazing place! Our company urgently needed some supplies before closing, employee Josh Rand took the time to stay after his shift / after closing to attend to our technician Farid and make sure he was assisted in receiving the supplies he needed! I love this location, Darwin is always super helpful and knowledgeable, and often times goes out of his way to help me out, helping me carry material and equipment to the van. The level of service he provides is unmatched and I hope other representatives take note that is how you keep a customer happy, thank you Darwin!

This place is great with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Hannah is awesome! She's been so helpful to me with her knowledge and expertise the countless times I've called her with questions. She took her time explaining to me the convoluted and various valve compatibility options in the different lines for showers/tubs and it's been a god send. This is definitely the place to go, and she's the one to see!

As a plumber, this is my go to plumbing wholesaler. They have the best knowledge, the best staff, and the best products.

As a plumber, I’ve had great experiences at this location. It’s very large, has lots of stock and usually smaller wait times than most locations. Also very conveniently located with friendly staff.

Non professional counter sale and bad customer service. Did not bother asking job name and customer's name. Then the guy just looked at me without any patience. It seems I came here to beg you to sell something to me. Come on Andrew, you can do better than this. We all came as licensing pros, not armatures or handymen.

Everyone on the counter is friendly and provides quick service. Some are inexperienced but that will come with time. This is one of their stronger branches.

One of my favorite Andrew Sheret locations. These guys are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Conner is my go to guy for those odd questions of parts that I'm not used to using. This location is also always immaculate in cleanliness

Terrible customer service. Everytime I try and come here I am always left burning too much time waiting for a counter person. Before Covid you would wait in line forever as there was almost always only 1 counter person available and the line would be 4 deep. Now you can't enter the store due to Covid, and that's fine, but when I call in to place an order I wait on hold for almost 5 minutes just to be told there are no counter people available to take my order. THERE ARE 2 VANS IN THE PARKING LOT, AND I'M ONE OF THEM! How do you never have anyone available to help? I have tried so many times to come here instead of Emco, and everytime I am met with a compete lack of support or any effort towards customer service. I finally give up. I will simply never try and use this branch again. It is faster, and more cost effective for me to drive further to the competition where customer service isn't an absolute wasteland.

I want to love this store, but they make it hard. I had to return 3 times to get the parts needed to complete my job. It is great if you are a plumber and know about ever type of fitting that exist as a DIY guy they couldn't be bothered to go the extra mile. Some staff are more friendly than others.

Always over and above service providers. Great on the phone and great at the counter. My 1st stop for plumbing supplies!

Great experience at this location. Drew went out of his way to help me find the right parts for the job, even though I wasn't buying anything particularly expensive. Worth waiting a bit for good service.
