Been working on the Island for the last month and can't say enough about Alexa she's incredible at her job not a person to usually write a review but her customer service skills are top shelf.

Can’t remember his name but the large iron pumping guy went over and above to help me out with getting the best filters for my RO system. He even printed me off some info I could use for the future in choosing the best filters. Need more people like him in this world.

My husband and I had the pleasure of being served by an outstanding sales person at Splashes, Jennifer Diemens at the Langford store! She was truly a godsend and helped us negotiate the very exciting reality of buying a new bathtub and all the fixings that went with it — quite an adventure to have a new bathtub put in a rental apartment! Jennifer guided us through numerous phone calls and emails. Besides her friendly and efficient manner, she showed gracious patience in allowing me time to make decisions. She arranged for an example of the bathtub we were considering to be pulled down from the shelves in the cold warehouse so that I could have a look and even climb inside to see how it fit! Since I’m less than a spry young chick, she took care to ensure I was ok comfortable and warm as we negotiated stairs and shortcuts!

Her patience and knowledge of everything from the kind of shower head, to the various fixtures with advantages of one over another made my choices easier. She listened to what I was thinking and helped me follow through. Another example of her kindness and ability is deciding on the tiling. She had suggested Tile Town. On one of our phone calls she suggested I ask about the niche insert, a new concept for me.
Jenifer is an exceedingly knowledgable sales person who helped me in a rather limited time frame to make decisions!
Another attribute that I discovered when, because of time constraints, she suggested we stop at the Hillside store. As soon as I mentioned Jennifer‘s name, all the sales reps said “Oh she’s so wonderful”” We miss her “, ”tell her we miss her! ”

Obviously her personality vitality and friendliness and expertise extend to her associates who appreciate her as a person as well as a workmate. It’s rare that I write reviews but Jennifer certainly is an exceptional sales person and I want you to know!

I went in there looking for an obscure part and lo and behold, Andrew Sheret had it. The woman helping went to the basement and looked around for the part. Much appreciated and we know where we will shopping when we do our bathroom and kitchen renovation. Thank you!
