We needed to buy Grohe kitchen faucet spray hose replacement kit ($42) which I couldn’t find at Homedepot. Impressed by Clean store setting and friendly staff who is willing to help.

Great customer service. Karin (sp?) was very helpful in finding me a matching part for my kitchen faucet and explaining to me the different options for changing the nozzle. I had looked for this part at several big box lumber/hardware stores and was about to just give up and buy a new faucet set for ~$400. Really appreciate the time and effort she spent helping me.

Good location, my go to plumbing supplier for when I’m working in Vancouver. Good, friendly staffs and one of the nicest manager around!

Walked into this place looking for a part for my faucet. Don't ever deal with the asian lady here, she's useless and sits in the desk closest to the entrance. We had the model number and all she had to do was look for the part number for it (a few clicks on the computer). But because we didn't have the part number she was trying to turn us away. Corynne came in to save the day. She knew exactly how easy it was to find the part number online as long as you have the model number, and the funny thing is-it was in the drawer right beside the asian lady. Please save yourself the headache and judgement, skip the asian lady (she acts like she knows everything but doesn't do anything), deal with Corynne. I would have given a higher rating. But unfortunately, until this useless, lazy employee doesn't sour customer experiences it'll have to be this rating.

Carson, is the best sales rep I've ever had the pleasure of working with at Andrew sherets. He had no idea about what I was asking but he figured it out and had a solution for us before we could think of one. Please transfer him to poco so I can work with him more

One of our favourite locations, we have been shopping at this location for years. The team here has always been knowledgeable and honest. Calvin and Gideon always provide us with amazing customer service.

Awful customer service experience today with the older Asian salesperson - boy did she not want to sell us a toilet! Rude, condescending answers to all 5 of my super normal questions like “does Toto have toilets in colours other than white? ” Despite telling us they don’t make them, their site has about 8 different ones to choose from? Other similar questions met with impatience and attitude - poor woman had us in the store for all of 2 minutes! Sad because we planned to purchase today. Oh well…

Great and efficient service here, would highly recommend this branch. Quick turn-around for quotations and they have friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I stopped by to hunt down a small screw for my shower control and the sales consultant Corynne was super helpful and showed me how to complete my repair. I didn't end up needing anything this time but I am very comfortable doing business with this company in the future. I was also surprised to learn how long they have been around (1892) and is still BC owned and operated.

Longest wait times of any plumbing supplier in vancouver. Always waiting at least 15 min to order. Hire more people.

The staff here are really friendly and knowledgeable. They always help me find the products i need and are patient when I have lots of questions. This is definitely my favourite location.

Went in to buy a pipe, and at least 5 employees saw me, but didn’t bother to greet me. I waited over 5 minutes while they all stood around chatting. Don’t go to this location if you want somebody to acknowledge you. Staffing doesn’t seem to be the problem. 1st Ave location has decent staff that actually want to help!
