Andrew was great! He helped me navigate this newer era of increasing interest rates by finding me a super low rate at one lender BUT also ensuring we had a backup lender in case the preferred one didn't come through, based on his experience in the business. He gave me options to maximize my financing amount and just in general was there every step of the way to field all my questions and steer me through to a successful closing.
