Team Andrews lead by Elaine Andrews is a family team of realtors who truly had our interest at heart. After interviewing a few realtors we met Elaine and Brenden, and the first impression we had was that they considered us as family and they were very genuine, walked us through the full process of sale and purchase; reviewed the market analysis.
They got our home measured to confirm the square footage of each room. After beautifully staging our home, they had a professional photographer take pictures' of it and made a colorful and very impressive brochure which increased the appeal.

Dana's client placed an offer on my apartment. My realtor forwarded Dana's emails to me. The way she bargain is very unprofessional and disrespectful to the owner, making me feel like I live in a junky place. This is not the way you should describe someone's apartment just for the sake of getting your offer through. I declined her offer due to the bad feeling I got from her email conversation. I sold my apartment over the asking price and I am very happy I didn't have to do business with Dana.
