Staff are great. Very patient, especially since I have a very strong gag reflex, during x-rays and other treatments. They do their best so that I am comfortable and as pain free as possible during treatments and they try to get done as quickly as possible so that we can all be doing other things.

Dr. Bains and her wonderful supportive team take great care in making sure a trip to the dentist is smooth and cheerful!

I came in for an exam and had the best experience. I was nervous to come in but the dental assistant Stephany was very helpful explaining the treatment and making me feel comfortable. 100% recommend, I felt very well taken care of! I had a fall with my face down in September last year and resulted in major teeth damage. Angel Care Dental was able to attend to my my dental emergency on the same day, and the ongoing restoration work has been amazing and I am sure this would not be possible if I went to another dental practice. A big thank you to Dr. Owais Iqbal and Rochelle, a big bouquet to Diane the office manager with her team of angels in the office.

Exceptional dental service at Angel Care Dental. Front staff is very welcoming and makes you feel valuable as a dental patient. Dr. Iqbal and Kiran were very thorough with diagnosis and explanation of my current oral health status and dental needs. Armaan did my scaling, and she was very detail oriented with removing plaque and calculus and guided me really well on my dental care in the future. They also give you a complementary electric toothbrush after your first cleaning. Highly recommended!

Very polite and professional staff. They help make my daughters visits positive ones. Only thing I would suggest is to help keep young children staying in the dentist chair it would be good to have children's shows on, at least for my child lol.

As someone that is suuuper nervous about dentists, Dr Gallo is the only one I trust. I don't even mind the 45min commute. (too much). Seriously though, Dr Gallo had to cut two of my teeth into shape to place a bridge on them. Terrifying for me. But Dr Gallo is so calm and professional and finished quicker than expected. Great work; again.

I have been going to Angel Care Dental since I was a young child… so quite a while ;) and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The facility is beautiful, the care and gentle touch mean everything to me because I don’t like going to the dentist - who does? But it’s different here and I leave feeling genuinely happy. I have been a client of this dentist office for many years and have always had positive results and care. I recently had a root canal and everything went perfectly with no discomfort during and after. I was impressed that I had no soreness what so ever. If someone is looking for dentistry work I would highly recommend Angel Care Dental.

Was referred by a friend and I was not disappointed! All the staff are friendly and want the best for you. I had a cleaning done today and I was able to endure the fluoride and polishing without my gag reflex acting up. I'm very happy with my experience and can't wait to go back.

In the last month, I visited around 10 clinics in Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Ladner, trying to resolve a dental issue. Dr. Galo was instrumental in resolving it for me.

Dr. Alex Galo is a doctor with what truly matters -   “a Doctor's heart”.   You can tell that Dr. Galo really cares about his patients.

Maybe don't try and poor shame clients who have never had an issue paying for your services. Ifinance is a dodgey company and promoting it "all your customers" for no reason seems like a mistake. They obviously get a fee for sending people and probably more money if the loan is successful.

When I told the hygienist tech I won't be coming back and not to bother scanning my teeth just do the cleaning she gave me a very unconvincing speech about Ifinance and how they didn't mean to imply I couldn't afford my dental. She didn't even seemed convinced almost seemed uncomfortable with it. She then SCANNED my teeth anyway. When a patient says no then it should be respected.

Avoid at all costs!

Organized, respected, clean, good customer service and they respect your time.

I would recommend this clinic to try atleast once and I am sure you won't be changing your clinics after that.

Always such a friendly atmosphere and amazingly talented people. The ladies may be pretty but they all know how to do their jobs well. Been going here for few years now and only saw 2 guys doctors. Lucky guys. Jking. Very gentle with your mouth and always making sure you are comfortable. Highly recommend.

Been Dr Galo patient for almost 30 years when he was practing in Coquitlam. Don't need to say much more. He is just good.

Amazing dentist. I was having a dental emergency, severe tooth pain 8/10 on a tooth that has had two prior root canals, and had an abscess 6 years ago. I called and left VM at 730 am, they called me when they opened and had me in at 930. Jagmeet the dental assistant assured me that my anxiety was normal and that they have a lot of different ways to help the patients, after telling her that I have severe anxiety with going to dentist, as I don’t freeze, and have had very traumatic experiences with root canals and extractions. She assured me that I am 100 percent normal in how I feel, and that if I ever need more done, they can make me comfortable. Dr Bain came in and reiterated what Jag had told me, and assured me that they would do everything to make my dental care pain free. De Bain referred me to an endodontist for my tooth and prescribed antibiotics and something for my pain. This is the first practice that has made me feel like I wasn’t a wimp for my anxiety, and showed real empathy. I will be going to them for all my dental care. Coming from me says a lot because I haven’t been to a dentist in 6 years. Booked in for sept 1.

Angela dental care is a very professional, friendly dental office their staff including the doctors r genuinely caring.
Got some dental work done roughly 6 months ago and some other issues came up with my teeth that were not related to the work they had done but they fixed it for me at no cost. It almost took an hour and all those supplies it all costs $$$$$.

I think its just money making machine. Doctor didn't do anything on me and got charged and they try to scam you with another service. Worst experience. Not going there ever.

I had a gap in my tooth that kept getting food stuck in there. Dr A Galo fixed my gap and made my smile beautiful, and no more food being stuck! He explained the whole process to me and he takes his time to ensure it's done right. HIs helper Ranjit was very pleasant. She kept checking on me, and was very kind and encouraging during the process. She even bought me a blanket when she noticed i was a little cold. This dentist office is very beautiful, you will notice that right when you walk into the door. They follow covid procedure's well. Thank you Angel Care Dental!

Dr. Soraya is simply the best. My dental appointment was such a pleasant experience, and I couldn’t be more thankful. She kept me sooooooo calm during the injection of local anesthesia. I barely felt a thing & that’s what freaks me out the most. She is so kind, understanding, and is phenomenal at what she does. I will be booking all future dental appointments at this office from now on. The procedure was done in record timing and I’m happy to be getting back on track with my oral health.

Her assistant Kiran was also amazing, they make a great duo and made my experience honestly so positive.

About three weeks ago I had an appointment for treatment on a broken tooth. Angel Care sent me a questionnaire form related to COVID-19 screening prior to my appointment and was asked to complete it and send it back. As I could not truthfully answer questions 8 and 9, I was refused entry by one of the office clerks. I was hoping that by now I would have been contacted by one of the doctors to see if a compromise could be reached but alas no such contact has been made by them. Because it has been three weeks since my attempt to get the work done, I think that it is appropriate for me to post my negative review now. Angel Care has provided me with good service in the past so this problem comes as a disappointment to me. I dislike shopping for a new dentist but fortunately they are plentiful and I am confident that I will find a new one.

As much as I hate dentists, this place makes the experience much more manageable. They are welcoming, professional, and I highly recommend them.

I went there for the first time and the customer service was great. My insurance was inactive, so the docter gave me the temporary treatment for very low price until my insurance starts again. The Doctor felt my pain and helped me to get relief accordingly. I am really satisfied with Angel care Dental services and highly suggest it to everyone and i can guarantee you that you will feel like home at Angel care Dental.
