Dined at this restaurant with my elderly parents, and the lack of an elevator to the top floor (requiring two flights of stairs) was challenging for them. The toilets being on the main floor added to the inconvenience. Despite its antique ambiance, the newly constructed structure had obstructed views from the top floor surrounded by concrete. This type of architecture is Beyond my comprehension. Some sites promote this as "instagrammable, " and from the outside looking in its beautiful however overall it doesn't live up to the hype.

The food was decent, I've read many reviews complaining about size or quality and that didn't seem to be an issue. In my personal opinion the price point is right where it should be. They do lack consistency; we ordered two of the same dishes twice and with the exception of the protein being similar the accoutrements couldn't be any more different.

We showed up for a late walk in lunch and had a great time. Our waitress Taylyn was fun, attentive and accommodating. The share plates were delicious, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the views are incredible. Great happy hour deal on half priced bottles of wine. Will definitely visit again next time we’re in Kelowna!

Was very impressed with the atmosphere/setting of the restaurant. The rooftop patio has a stunning view of the lake/ west Kelowna and vineyards, as well the theme of the run down castle 1940s kind of vibe is very unique and a cool vibe for a restaurant. The waitress was great, very attentive and informative with the menu items.
The downsides I would say, and the entire dinner party with me also said was the pricing of drinks (a bottle of wine is $50 but downstairs at the winery The same bottle is $26), the fact you cannot order the cocktails, as they apparently are only available in the establishments downstairs speakeasy, and as well the quality and portion of the food. We had ordered one of the dishes and it was a fried noodle with spicy vegetables and a cheese, it came to our surprise with eggs all on the bottom, nowhere was this listed on the menu or was it told to us by the waitress who explained the dish item before we ordered it. I couldn’t end up eating it because I have IBS and egg is a trigger for it. As well we then thought we would try the focaccia pizza and they were great in accommodating our request for meat to only be on half, as we had a vegetarian in the party. Two small piece of bread came and it was only sauce and some cheese with a couple banana peppers on top…. I do understand this is meant as a sharing restaurant and you order plates and sample and share which is great but I think the dishes need to be explained a bit better or they need to start asking tables if there’s any allergies, which alot of restaurants do. Overall great spot to check out and see the scenery but wouldn’t go back again.

First of all, maps will take you the wrong way. Access to the winery is via Brown Rd.

Second of all, food was excellent. Despite being out of many items, we were happy with what we ordered. Great flavours and quality - we loved the bratwurst, Salisbury steak and cauliflower the most. All the accompanying breads were delicious.

Lastly, and I hate to write this but management needs to see this because there was no opportunity to let them know at the time of dining, was that the service was horrible. We were left waiting at the door with no eye contact from staff (except for the chef) for 5 minutes, no quality check or check in with us once our food was dropped, boxes never came when asked for it (had to ask another server), boxes didn’t come with lids when arrived, music and lights went off and when I said that service was a miss that night, there was no further inquiry for me to tell them what went wrong so they could fix it. We just got “oh, we know” which was such a weird response. I thought maybe the restaurant was new and working out kinks but no, it’s been open for a year. Shocking and despite the food being incredible, I will not be back, sadly. As a fellow hospitality worker, the service ruined it for me completely.

Service was great, and the atmosphere was definitely interesting. The weather turned for the worst, so we ended up in the basement area of the restaurant which felt like an old underground bar.
The food was tasty, however it is pricey. 85$ for an old fashion drink, a foot long hotdog, and a small meat and cheese plate (before tip). I feel like I have spent the same amount at other wineries and gotten more upscale meals than here.

I was here the other evening and was blown away by the patio on top floor. What a great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and some food. The food selection was very interesting and the menu was humorous to read. Food was platted exceptional well and the fried peach was delicious. Prices were fair with portions. Staff was excellent and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed my visit up on the deck. Feel they have done a great job of decor throughout the building.

An unbeatable culinary experience. Great wine, year round, and a menu that varies week by week. Not only is Chef James a wizard, but the staff are incredible as well. Huge shout out to Zoey for getting us a last minute table. Will be back 100%

We were visiting friends and they wanted to go here as the website looked interesting. There is no menu posted so he asked for one when he made the reservation. He was told that it changes daily so there isn't one. When we arrived we were seated downstairs in a basement with no windows, set up like a club atmosphere. They are trying for a speakeasy vibe but really the furniture was just old, second hand store uncomfortable stuff. Menu changes daily? There was nothing on it that wouldn't be available tomorrow or the day before. We ordered a few items and all are served as "share plates". Lasagna was a small piece, one bite each, for $17 - fine, basic. Pizza with burrata - we all thought the pizza might have been frozen, at least the crust - individual size, with a ball of ice cold burrata on top. And then - "Tots" as listed on the menu. Pretty sure these were McCain? Served with a mayo & hot sauce mix. Lastly, roasted asparagus - fine - and then fried brussel sprouts with green grapes and a handful of popcorn? This makes sense where? If this is what they are touting as "a new approach to dining in Kelowna" then I am looking for the old approach in future. Also, as soon as the wine arrived at the table, we were bombarded by fruit flies. Server was very nice but the timing of the food was odd although she did say that it will arrive with "no rhyme or reason". Did she mean the timing or the food itself? As one person in our party said as we were leaving, "I can't believe we just paid to eat tater tots in a basement". Yup, we did.
