Amazing food. Very nice staff. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend. Get there early or expect a long wait. But totally worth the wait.

Their waiting times are about 30 minutes off and they give your spot away despite asking for your number. I understand it’s busy but they have awful time management.

The food was amazing the atmosphere was very welcoming and refreshing. The service was great and friendly. For the quality of food the prices are very reasonable. They offer outdoor seating which is a must. Highly recommend and will be coming here often!

Its a beautful location on the pier and despite being very busy the service was excllent. While my friend really liked her food, I found it slightly dissapointing. Over all though, I would come back.

Personally I don’t like waiting for a seat so if you don’t mind I’d give it at 4/5 but other than that, service was incredibly slow, took our waitress 15 to bring us a menu and another 40 minutes to ask for order. Food was overall good but you could get food somewhere else comparable with less wait.

Recommend if you want to try this place come at opening at its an 1-2 hour wait after 9am.
Or stop by and put your name down and go for a walk or something.

Lovely riverside breakfast restaurant with warm and friendly staff. Generous portions, bottomless coffee in a wonderful atrium setting. The Dutch pancakes were excellent.

The food is pretty good here and the atmosphere, especially if you’re outside on the patio, is fantastic. Nothing like waking up and having breakfast by the water. The service is pretty great and I’ve enjoyed eating here the two times I went. I had the eggs Benedict both times and they were delicious! The potatoes and the fruit are especially delicious, and I love the selection for the fruit as well. I’m from Alberta, so all of our “seasonal fruit” is basically just melons, grapes, apples, bananas and maybe strawberries. This was a really wonderful mixtures of Kiwi, mango, cherries, blueberries, gooseberries, etc.
I think my only complaint about my food was that the hollandaise they use just isn’t my favourite. Kinda reminds me of packaged hollandaise. However, that’s my own personal preference and how I like it to taste. Otherwise it was really great! Definitely would come back!

This is a great spot for dinner and coffee! Even late at night our food came out hot and fresh. The multigrain bread is sooo good. Our waiter was very friendly, too.

Good food, nice service very clean. Lots of breakfast choices. Bowls of various fruits are very fresh and delicious.

Haven't been here since 2019 and the nice place is more spacious and HUGE LINE UP! We arrived at 1 and had to wait for 30 minutes to get seated, so I recommend going earlier. The menu selection is bigger now. I ordered the salmon egg benny with coffee. This is imo one of their signature item. SO DELICIOUS.

Came here today and it was pa ked, which is fine, but not one staff was checking vaccine passports. We had ours out and were seated with drinks, watching others get their tables and never once checked. We left.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Had the big breakfast. When it came to the table it seemed to be small, we'll it was very delicious and filling that I couldn't even eat lunch. Highly recommended

Love the breakfast options here. So delicious. They also have so many great hot sauce choices to put on your breakfast. Try everything you can!

The go to spot for all day brunch, they offer an immense menu of Flat Top classics. The Corned Beef Hash was savory, if a little heavy on the hash browns. Eggs Benny were on point. Service was attentive. Be prepared to wait for a table at almost any hour. This place is crazy popular. This is also the only downside; things feel a little crowded, though they are following protocols, and the noise levels can make conversation rather difficult. Worth the wait.

Decent brunch. Would prefer if they told you ahead of time the hash is made with cut up French fries rather than a different type of potato.

This is my niece's and my favorite place for waffles. Went last weekend and it was fabulous again. The reason I took one star off is because you checked my vaccine card, but didn't check my ID to match and I had it out.

Eggonizingly s.l. O.w. We got to the restaurant at 12: 15 we were told the wait would be about an hour and a 1/2. That's fine considering it's mid morning on a sunny Sunday. We got our table at about one o'clock. We were then ignored by the waitress for about 15 minutes.after flagging down a waitress we ordered coffee. We were finished our coffee by the time the waitress decided to come and take our food order. Our food took about 45 minutes. The eggs were well undercooked and the Hollandaise sauce was definitely from a package. After finishing our breakfast and waiting another 20 minutes we are able to order a second cup of of coffee which then took about 15 more minutes. The coffee was delivered by a wonderful bus boy who was the most helpful and polite person that we had encountered since our arrival. By the time the bill arrived we had been sitting there for about 2 and a 1/2 hours. Again considering it was a sunny Sunday our wait times would have been fine if it weren't for how rude and dismissive our waitress was. If you've got nothing to do on a Sunday and want to waste a whole lot of time. This is the place to do it. The fruit cup was good though.

Confirming what many others say about this place: their pancakes are a must! Either sweet or savory, you can't go wrong.

The orange juice is freshly squeezed in their store; while pricey, you also get good quality.

Really awesome place for brunch! Ordered turkey benedict - it was delicious and savory! Waffles and Dutch pancakes with a funny name were really tasty with fresh berries. Personnel very polite and helpful, service is fast.
It's a bit more pricey than elsewhere (like IHOP) but it's worth every penny.

This place is a gem! Love the food, the new space, the staff, just everything! If you haven't tried this place yet, you must~~

There's only 2 things in this world I can't stand. People who are ignorant towards other peoples cultures & the Dutch. That being said. This is THE spot for Breakfast. Mimosa anyone?

First visit, loved it!

I had the strawberry banana panekoke. Super delicious and well balanced. My only sad point, which is why they lost a star, the panekoke was cold. We did see it waiting on the pass for quite a bit of time waiting for our sides to be ready.

The mocha was so good, not too sweet and it came with chocolate sprinkles and whipped cream, what's not to like?

I had a side of bacon, be warned it is not your traditional North American stripped bacon but a bacon that was like ham and strip bacon had a baby. It was delicious!

I'll be back and hopefully next time my panekoke is warm!

Waited 15 minutes for waitress and noone came to even bring water or take order. Didn't bother waiting any longer and just left. Extremely frustrating as I raved about this place and brought a friend from out of town. Will not be returning

The food is really good. Service could be better. I give it a 3 stars because the temperature is extremely cold! AC is not at a comfortable temperature, it was just so painful to be there. They really need to check this. And take a good sweatshirt or jacket if you want to eat inside.

If I lived in New Westminister, I would honestly come here for breakfast everyday. It was our first time here and we decided to have brunch on their patio by the water! You’ll notice they have a pretty big menu so there’s always something for everyone. Everything was so yummy and the service was good too. If I’m ever back in this area, I’ll definitely be visiting again!

Waited 15 minutes for service, no waters were brought out and no server came. We left after 15 minutes of waiting. Maybe try another breakfast place on the block, this one doesn't care so much for service

Amazing breakfast, portions are a great size and service is good too. Everything is great quality and super fresh, and the patio is such a perfect spot to sit for brunch!

This is a good place for eating breakfast right beside the water. It is cozy and the food is also good. They offer omelettes, Benedicts and more. Overall I liked this place.

Came here with a friend visiting from Victoria because it looks like a sweet place for brunch. We were seated promptly but the food took almost half an hour to arrive. When it did, my toast order was wrong and my scrambled eggs were the sorriest looking eggs I’ve ever seen. They looked like the trimmings off of a larger scramble, flat, pale, dry, and cold (See pic). I’ve never ordered a Dutch Uitsmijter plate before tho, so maybe this is the Dutch standard? On top of the ~$7 parking for 90 minutes, I’m reluctant to return. Perhaps I should’ve ordered something more expensive which I could see my neighbors had nice looking food. One plus is the wait staff keeping coffees and waters topped while the kitchen works at snail’s pace. Been there done that in my younger working days.

Not sure what the fuzz is about. Had to wait for more than 30 minutes because the reviews are good. However, food is so-so and service is bad.

The Best place to get a Breakfast in New Westminster, always packed so I recommend giving yourself a good time to go, because you'll probably have to wait for a tablr. But it's worth the wait.
I almost always order the Mushroom Meltie and it's one of the tastiest breakfast dishes I've had in my life.

Excellent little breakfast place. The food was impressive as are the portions. I wanted to try everyone in the restaurant's order, as it all looked amazing. Will be returning here when I'm back in the area.

It can be very hard to find parking.
Bit of a hidden location.

This place is VERY small, and you will most likely have to wait a long while to get in 30min+, but the food is very good and the servers are very kind. Definitely a place to try, but I don't know if I would wait that long for it again for the value.

Waterfront restaurant makes for a gorgeous experience. We set out early and were blessed with a parking spot. I tried the mushroom meltie and was unfortunately underwhelmed by the unmelted cheese and dry bread. The waitress was glib and chipper but I think she forgot about us (despite the restaurant being virtually empty), as she didn't top up my coffee once.

I walked in with my friend and the two girls who were working, the blonde and the one with dyed purple hair completely ignored us. We were standing there for literally 10 minutes without any service and right when another customer walked in behind us THEY IMMEDIATELY GREETED HIM AND SERVED HIM A TABLE. I don’t know if they’re RACIST because me and my friend are BROWN and they’re white. Literally didn’t even greet or LOOK at us AT ALL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Delicious food and cozy atmosphere. Busy on Sunday mornings so be prepared for a wait, but it’s worth it.

Food is always good. Their fruit cups are amazing. Lots of yummy fruits. Service is hit and miss, pending on who's waitressing.

A great brunch spot - very consistent food with good service and comfortable seating. But it's popular, so prepare for a bit of a wait.

A true gem among the typical breakfast options in New West. "Intimate" seating arrangement, sometime a long wait for seating and also occasionally for your meal, bit pricier than other places ($15 is typical breakfast or entree price). But always busy with good reason. It's fantastic! The coffee is great, the Dutch-inspired menu is always impeccable and their humbly named "side of fruit salad" is the most intricate, fresh, and diverse side you'll ever see. Reservations possible (recommended!) and they close in the early afternoon.

Best waffles in town! I drive 30 minutes and wait another 30 just to enjoy them. That's saying alot because I'm not a patient person otherwise. Blueberry is my favourite. Added more pictures Aug2018.

Very good food but bad customer service. The places is fairly small as well. I would recommend eating outside. All in all food is great! But customer service could improve.

Food was good a little bit of a wait but it was expected due to the amount of people I had the croissant scramble sandwich. Find the croissant was not to my liking due to the soggy texture rather a crunchy outside texter. The potatoes was well seasoned and food presentation was good. My only complaint is the restaurant cleanliness; that the roof fans have not been cleaned for some time.

This was my third time here. I always look forward to their breakfasts. The Dutch pancakes are excellent and fresh fruit is exquisite. Very rich coffee and pleasant staff round out a wonderful brunch spot. I haven't tried lunch items yet but will definitely be back for another chance.

Great food, good service, fair price for what you are getting. The only complaint I really have is having to wait 30 mins for a table. But if you come close to opening time, you may not have to wait at all. This place gets 4.5 stars from me.

Delicious, fresh food. Amazing ripe fruit. All 3 of us really enjoyed our meals. Bonus for celiacs: good gluten free toast!

Great, delicious brunch. However, wait time for the food is extremely long, we waited almost 50 minutes before our food arrives after ordering (Monday around 10am). It would be nice if the waiter warned us about the wait time when we order our food. The food didn’t come until we ask to cancel them. Great deal for the buck, and I really like the fruit selection.
