Angry Otter Tranquille Liquor Store

We were very regular customers until we were double charged for our purchase with a refusal to refund us. This is actually the second time they have done that to us but they reimbursed us the first time. Watch your receipts and bank or credit card statements with them unless you like paying twice!

Generally a good liquor store but the new staff is awful. The lady working tonight was insanely rude

Their location in Rutland area of Kelowna is down right brutal! Went in three days in a row and got the same cashier each time. Total is always $18.35 so each time i give him $20.35 and it totally confuses him to the point that he's shaking. If anyone needs a calculator its him! Whats $18.35 from $ 20.35? Any guesses? Its $2.00, one time he was so frazzled he gave me back a quarter! Another time it was a nickel, third time he was so frazzled he tried to gimme back $12.00! I kindly sad each time " no its two dollars" feel bad for the guy!

I like the ladies that work there, good service, friendly staff n prices are reasonable.

I only go there for cigarettes and to visit with staff namely bonnie who is very friendly and enjoys the company of my small yorkie missy!

The worker there got me what I wanted for the money I had and has very disciplined information about the alcohol
