Delicious croissant shop, come early, otherwise the choices will be limited!
The croissant is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and I really like the taste of Earl Gray tea!
20 October 2023 1:27
Angus T's cinnamon roll and cinnamon apple roll are my favorites! The only catch about this place is that they tend to sell out quickly, so if you visit late, you might have limited options to choose from.

Fresh fluffy croissant. Highly recommended. They have a big variety of tasty croissants (and other stuff).

A fairly comfortable place to have a coffee and almond croissant, it is the best in Vancouver. 100% recommended.
31 July 2023 5:26
Delightful, delicious, and devoured. Coffee is unfortunately overpriced which was the only drawback, but folks aren’t coming here for the coffee. All the pastries are light and you can watch them being made on site!
29 July 2023 1:20
Nice owners, polite staff and amazing croissants of all flavors. We love the lemon meringue, fruit danish, tuna & corn, ham & gruyere, spinach & feta, pistachio and hazelnut. The croissant dough lamination is perfection, its crispy and flaky and shatters and they are huge but light.
06 July 2023 2:10
Tried the earl grey flavour, I like how the cream makes it taste more like a puff pastry but still miss that crush from the outer shell
14 June 2023 12:03
The iced double shot of espresso was fantastic. It hit the spot on a hot day. The pistachio raspberry croissant was delicious as well. Thank you!
13 June 2023 16:10
Got the almond, early grey, pistachio, and lemon curd. The lemon curd was sooo yum and my favourite! Great flavours and flakey texture. Definite worth it to check out. Would recommend to go before noon as there’s more options then!
24 May 2023 13:27
So many beautiful croissants! What we had was amazing, including the coffee and tea. Very fun to be able to watch the staff making the pastries behind the glass.

Hands down the best cream-filled croissants in Vancouver If you want to make sure that they have the flavors that you want, don't go too late as it'll be sold out!

I've also pre-ordered once through email, and the staff were very helpful and the process was super smooth.

I've tried:
- Green Tea Croissant (5/5)
- Earl Grey Croissant (5/5)
- Black Sesame Croissant (5/5)

Amazing croissants! So flakey, light and not overly sweet! There was a bit of a line when I went so I would recommend going earlier to ensure you get all the flavours you want
29 April 2023 20:34
Loved my experience at Angus T! Dark chocolate raspberry croissant is a must-try, coffee was great, service is quick and very friendly, atmosphere is nice and warm. 5-star!

Was passing by when i saw this cafe.advertised on yaletown station, i just had to try it.it is small and there are seating but it gets tight during the rush hour.had the oatmilk latte and the hazelnut coffee croissant.really good, and they all make it in-house right in front of us to see.
03 March 2023 12:29
Amazing place. Best croissants cafe in Vancouve. You should go from 8 am to 12 pm otherwise they'll be all sold out.
27 February 2023 21:15
Totally overrated and overpriced! Tasted stale butter in their proclaimed famous butter croissant. Dirty tables and floor. Disappointed.
24 February 2023 15:53
Saddest and most crusty dried pain au chocolat croissant I've never ate, very slim picking as of 4pm on a Sunday and virtually ran out of every special croissant flavor.won't be back
10 February 2023 2:46
I only went once but the croissants we had were incredible. The London Fog croissant was well above my expectations - but be careful because it’s super creamy inside and can can get everywhere lol.

Double-baked almond croissants are the best. Considering the location and the pastry size, $6-ish each is still rather reasonable I’d say.
08 January 2023 13:17
Had a wonderful experience at Angus T bakery, very friendly staff! Was a little worried it could be too sweet for my taste. Perfect amount of filling & not too sweet at all, sooooo many flavours to choose from. On my 3.visit I wanted to try the lemon curd one but was already sold out. Definitely have to go back next time I'm in town, can't wait!

French quality, FULL sized croissants are to die for. I prefer them to the hot, new croissant place Hazukido that just opened up around the corner. The croissants are bigger here and the quality is equal to superior, although they don't have as many flavor choices (they have some other types of baked goods to make up for it though). I had their black sesame croissant last time and I think it just may he the best croissant I've ever had! The coffee was really great too. Nice atmosphere to eat in. Pleasant staff. I have no complaints.
27 June 2022 7:35
Definitely get here before peak coffee time! We arrived just after 10am on a Sunday and had a small queue. Once we had our items and were seated to watch the master bakers through the glass display, a line out the door, wrapping down the sidewalk formed.

We enjoyed a cappuccino and drip coffee with a green tea croissant, kouign-amann and lemon curd pastries. All pastries live up to the hype and figuring out the process of making these treats was fun.
20 June 2022 8:30
I've visited this place often, but I've never experienced this before. I don't know if she's a new employee, but I was really embarrassed by her rude.
18 June 2022 4:32
I tried the matcha green tea and earl grey croissants. It was incredibly delicious! The cream was so light and smooth, and yet not too sweet. The butter layers were perfect and the crumb looks amazing! Reminds me of the croissant i had in France. Definitely a must try!
05 June 2022 4:58
Very tasty croissant! I like the green tea and earl grey the most! The fillings are not too sweet, and you can easily taste the scent of matcha.
30 May 2022 0:41
Amazing croissant bakery with so many selections! Their hazelnut coffee croissant is my favourite, I could eat 5 of those in a sitting. They always have a line when I pass by, but it goes by really quickly. Highly recommended you get a box with a few flavours.

Both Angus T and Bake 49 are famous bakery stores in Yaleown, for their amazing croissants. The two shops aren't even 20 meters apart from one another.
Today I tried their matcha croissant. The exterior was coated with matcha icing sugar and glaze, and once you cut it open the delicious matcha filling comes gushing out, and extremely addictive. I would definitely comeback for more next time.
21 May 2022 7:33
Slightly above the average. But the price is way above. They did a good job in marketing and social media. But the quality is far far from the best. I would say don't give any high expectation on this one. Also they run out of flavour too fast. Just not a pleasant experience when they have nothing you want after long line up.
16 May 2022 4:21
These are seriously the best croissants outside of St Germain in Paris. Every. Single. Time. Im blown away at how good they are. 10/10 recommend!
15 May 2022 14:31
Angus T Bakery on mainland st. (right across from Revolucion!) The coffee is good and the pastry is excellent. The flaky pastries are very much the Parisian style. The service is fast and friendly, the only downside is they frequently sell out of everything! If it wasn't for that small detail, i would have definitely given them five stars.
14 May 2022 13:45
Like the variety of croissants that you can try every time. The prices are a little high but it worths, they have points system for getting one free after 12 purchases! The transparent glass to the bakery cousin is great to see how they bake them!
13 May 2022 16:29
Full of the filling! So many options, I've tried at least 6 different flavors. All of them are yummy, my favorite is the black sesame croissant. You have to try it!

I have been supporting this company since I’ve moved to Yaletown. I often buy my coffee here. The service has been good up until this morning. I ordered a flat white. First off, the cup was literally only half full, so i kindly asked the gentlemen to provide me a full cup of coffee because that’s what I ordered.

He said no, flat out no.
I was shocked honestly. My partner was confused too because we go here to support local and this type of service is what breaks a business.

Okay, so I asked him to remake the flat white but without foam as that is what I initially ordered, and it’s the same thing I order. Again, I got a flat no.

I couldn’t understand why he was trying to provide me with only half a cup of coffee.

He was very rude and refused to do anything to help me. So I had to request a refund.

Sad to say, Angus T has lost about 2200$ in yearly revenue because of this as I will not be returning.

As a business owner myself, I am wishing this company well, but it’s hard to support a small local business that just doesn’t care about their customers.

I even asked him if he cared about customer service, and his answer was flat out “no. ”

See attached screenshot. The rep didn’t even provide me a full refund.

My favorite croissant in town!
Multiple choice, all of them are so delicious! You won't regret it! I love matcha & Earl Grey so much!
The workers there are friendly, too!
You will enjoy the afternoon when you have a cup of coffee and dessert there!
05 May 2022 9:23
Perhaps the best croissants I’ve ever had— anywhere. I go every morning when I’m in Vancouver. Also; they have 16 ounce lattes which seem to be a rarity for places with higher quality coffee. Can’t wait to go back!
24 April 2022 16:56
Good quality of food and coffee but the staff need to be trained properly. Some of them are quite rude.
15 April 2022 17:26
Perfect Americano with lots of milk alternative options! The staff was friendly and moved a large line quickly. The baking alone is worth the visit!
15 April 2022 9:25
Coffee, Little smoke and heavy which I like it
Sadly too early sold out of most croissant.
08 April 2022 3:16
As advertised and real French approved!

I was with my friend who is originally from Southern France who normally get disappointed with Vancouver bread and bakery. He tried Croissant here and he was amazed by the texture and tastes of the artisan bread. Hurry up for your enjoyment!
07 April 2022 21:19
Very nice croissants, interesting flavors both savory and sweet. So far favorite is the pistachio raspberry. Not all flavors are available all the time.
31 March 2022 12:05
If you're looking for a stuffed croissant, swing on by to Angus T. The selection varies throughout the day. If you go in the morning, you're bound to find more selection. Their matcha and early grey croissants are by far my favourite. The gianduja flavour was mediocre in my opinion. Their savoury croissants are also very tasty!
The more croissants you buy the bigger the discount! The discount starts after 6 croissants.
20 March 2022 19:08
We ordered the double almond and green tea croissants. So crispy and lots of filling. However, the hot chocolate drink is not so good as it's just pumps of chocolate syrup and not smooth like real chocolate. A bit pricey ($18 for 3 items) but croissants were delicious.
17 March 2022 1:13
I've only been here a couple times but my GOD are these croissants to die for. The coffee's great too but the CROISSANTTTTSSS. My favourites are the pistachio and the spinach/feta! Perfect buttery flaky texture on the outside and FILLED to the GODS on the inside. 10/10
16 March 2022 14:43
Service and coffee are good. Croissants too squishy and without any crunch or buttery-ness. Flattens like a McDonald’s cheeseburger and has an odd yellow hue. I say this in hopes things will improve…
08 March 2022 0:19
We were walking around and stopped because it smelt soooo good.
Cute little cafe in Yaletown.
Croissants were crispy on the outside and soft and chewy in the inside. Pricey for a croissant but worth it. I got the hazelnut one.
16 February 2022 3:50
Croissant is bid and good, atmosphere is also good. There are around 10 croissants. Cost is about $5-7. Drink is about $3.5-6. If you wanna use washroom, you have to get key frim stuff.

Great place to have coffee and freshly baked bakery.
Loved their cinnamon buns and variety of croissants.
Will recommend this place.
