Anita's Organic Mill Store

We have family member with a severe corn allergy. This means all the packaging needs to be checked to make sure it isn't plant-based. Julie from Anita's Organic has gone to great lengths to get answers to my question. She has been so friendly even after I've called many times in a day. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.

I love their products, we buy many of them and on a daily basis I have the apple instant oatmeal. I would love to see some other offerings in the instant oatmeal.

I love this market! Staff is friendly. Selection varies but organic fresh produce, nuts, seeds, spices and dairy keeps me coming back! The Greek Yogurt is the best ever. Amazing ancient grain breads and cookies.

While this place has a good selection of fresh local foods, we stopped in today and were very uncomfortable with the number of staff (3) who were indoors and unmasked while helping customers. It is worth noting that this was on a long weekend Saturday at a time when the Chilliwack area has some of the highest Covid-19 infection rates in the region. We have recommended this market to countless friends in the past but will be staying away for the time being, as it seems that customer safety isn’t being taken seriously here.

Has a great range of fresh, local, organic produce as well as dairy, meat & other pantry items.
They also have a bakery as well as on-site pizza oven in the back where you watch your pizza getting cooked (after ordering inside).
The meat pizza was topped with meat AND delicious veg & had a crispy crust which I loved.
I just wish they opened on Sundays too!

Wonderful variety of grains, sugars, local honey, and more. Outside accessed washroom could smell better! Surprised to see the nice new building!

Very friendly staff. Very good collection of stuff. Competitive prices. Clean grocery and clean aisles. Overall wonderful experience. One good place to buy gluten free and organic foods. Keep up good work guys.

It's a great place to buy organic products. They have a huge variety to pick from. They carry a large selection of flour, fresh produce, honey, shampoo, soaps, conditioner, body wash, deodorants, bakery, meats and dairy. The best part of all is that it is Canadian and fresh produce are locally sourced and harvested.

Great place if you are looking for wholesome organic food. Many varieties of breads and desserts including gluten free and vegan

Always come here on the first Wed of the month for my bread flours and seniors discount. Friendly and knowledgeable staff although a bit out of the way from Metro Vancouver.

Purchased organic cornmeal. Not cheap but very good quality. We have been shopping here many times before.

If you want fresh grains of better yet, unground grains to grind yourself this is the place. They have from small, shelf sized bags, right up to large sacks of wheat and other grains.
I highly recommend grinding your own grains. You will never go back. Commercial "whole wheat" flour has 100% of the germ removed, half the bran and has typically been treated with bromine, and it says nothing on the bag because it legally doesn't have to.

You don't realize how good vegetables can be until you buy organic, locally grown, seasonal ones. This place converted me into being a vegetable lover.

Best pizza I have ever had. Go to Anita's all the time but this is the first time on a Saturday when they do their wood burning oven baked pizza. Freshest toppings ever. Great idea Anita's we will make the trek in for more on another Saturday.

Not the retail location. No shop here. You need to go to nearby store called The Local Harvest to buy Anita's stuff.

We drive from Cloverdale from Chilliwack once a month to get all our flour and grains from Anita’s! The Renovations are awesome.

It is a fabulous place. Today was especially good because it was the grand opening. Pancakes, pizza, rides for the kids. Very special.

I love this place. I've had a reminder in my calendar for months to stop in while traveling to Vancouver Island from Calgary on vacation. It's even better than the last time I stopped in as they have built a fabulous store front market. Everything for sale is organic including all of their flours and other baking products. I stocked up on whole wheat and white flour as well as a variety of other flours they offer and other baking items. We were there at the perfect time for wood fired pizza right out of the oven. It was so delicious. The service was outstanding. I needed to discuss flour varieties and the different grinds. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a great chat with the young man who cooked our pizza. He was very personable and showed a genuine interest in us. We will definitely be back for pumpkins on our way back through Chilliwack.

Organic produce and grains. All fresh picked and delicious. Great selection of organic seeds, grains and legumes. Really good coffee beans too!
