The service they provide is excellent. Amazing if a clasp breaks and you need it fixed. However, the bracelets break too easily. I already had my bracelet replaced and then a month later it broke off and is now missing. Im very upset about it because I loved it.

While we didn't end up buying anything, it was a grat experience and Anna was super fun to chat with while my wife tried on and looked at jewelery. Would definitely come back!

I went here with a earring that needed repair. They couldn’t do it themselves as it involved replacing part of the earring, so they gave me directions to a nearby place that could (and did), and also wrote down the name and address for me. Great interaction.
