Fantastic service by Lynne, watch expert. Nice local selection of Citizen and Bulova and they can order in other luxury brands like Tissot and Longines very quickly and size them in store at competitive pricing.

Terrible customer service. I stood there for a couple mins and both sales staff just sat there. Not even a Hi. Maybe cause I’m in shorts and a T Shirt. Also, reading the reviews here and it appears I’m not the only one who’s made this comment and yet nothings changed. Guess management don’t really care about customer service.

I've dealt with this location since I got engaged in 2019. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, and the selection of jewelry is great. My husband and I are happy with our rings. Thank you Leslie for helping me with my last couple visits, you are professional and courteous!

The woman was judgemental and treated me like I couldn’t afford to buy here. Went to Michael Hill and purchased there instead. The staff should learn not to profile customers

I got over charged for a necklace. They called me 30 minutes later asking me to come back to put the over charge back on my card. By that time I was already an hour away. I came in they said they weren't sure if they wanted to call me back or ignore it. No apology.nothing.very rude. Very unprofessional.
