I am very happy with the watch I bought, but the service was terribly unpolite. I just asked questions about the price and compared it to the market and the employee was almost offended. I asked to see if there are any scratches on the watch, she got mad at me. I asked if I can find the watch for a better price directly from the brand, and she rolled her eyes and almost talked down to me.

I still bought a nice watch and I love it. To me it's just terrible if the salesperson has such a big ego that she has to react rude and disrespectful just because a Client wants to really make sure he gets something nice for his money.

I have been looking for a Swiss pocket watch that's automatic for some time.mind the pun. I went into the Pacific Centre Ann-Louise store and was pleasantly surprised when Kimberly showed me exactly what I was looking for. She was courteous and hospitable and was able to answer all of my questions. She went above and beyond and was fantastic to deal with. Five stars all the way.

I went into the Metrotown store to look at a Longines and was treated like a homeless person. I bought a Citizen online instead of buying anything there. The Citizen had a problem and they're listed as the Citizen watch people. They refused to look at it.

Trevor was really helpful when I went to the store to look at Tissot watches. I had two in mind that I could not decide on. Trevor shared his perspective very succinctly; one was better value while the other was a classic. Hearing this really helped me decide on the classic. In addition, he was very friendly and was not pushy at all. A great first experience with Ann Louise!

Customer service was amazing however when i went to pick up my ring after it was sized, the saleswoman held out a little bag and waited for me to hold out my hand so she could drop it in my palm, then said "thank you have a good day" and started helping someone else. I was so shocked I just left. No box? ! I didn't want to wear my wedding ring before the big day so just slipped it in my pocket. Maybe offer a small box or bag to customers.

We came into this place for my fiancee to buy earrings for his mother for her birthday and the staff was excellent! I actually forgot to tell them that it was someone from Pandora that sent us there for what we were looking for! The manager helped us as well and she was very nice, I would definitely reccommend this place to anyone!

I went here when they first opened during the pandemic and the staff was very lovely. They did their best to keep the customers safe by allowing a certain number of people in store and they maintained proper distancing. I did go in wanting a specific ring from pandora but they explained that they weren’t able to order any new stock because of covid but tried to help me to the best of their abilities! Had a good experience here and the staff were all fun to talk with definitely a good store that cares for its customers.
