I purchased an engagement ring from this jewelry store and had high expectations for the quality of their products. Unfortunately, those expectations were not met. The ring I purchased was supposed to be a symbol of love and commitment that would last a lifetime, but within two years of normal use, the tanzanite stone was chipped, the white gold was scratched and tarnished, and several diamonds fell off the band.
As you can imagine, this was incredibly upsetting, especially given the significance of the ring. I reached out to the store for assistance, but the customer service I received was disappointing. They seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns and gave me the runaround when I asked for the ring to be repaired or replaced.
It is unacceptable to sell an engagement ring that falls apart so quickly, especially one that is supposed to last a lifetime. I am extremely disappointed in the poor quality of this ring and the lack of care and attention from the customer service team. It is clear that this store does not value its customers or the significant moments that their jewelry is meant to commemorate.
I urge anyone considering purchasing an engagement ring or any other significant piece of jewelry from this store to think twice. The quality is subpar, and the customer service is not worth the price of the product. You deserve better than a ring that falls apart after two years.

Had a great experience while shopping in this store. The entire staff led by Allen was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Will definitely visit this store again when shopping for jewellery next time.

The manager Alan was very clear when we spent 650.00 on a watch that it could be price matched up to 30 days after. We were just there and he would not honor his word. Would not shop here or spend money here. Customer service by this manager is rude.
