Bought a pair of diamond earrings, didn’t come with any certificate. When asked how they could guarantee the diamonds were conflict free, the answer I got was “just trust me”. Also didn’t get any information on the clarity/cut/any other rating.
Earrings came with push on backings which should be a red flag for any expensive earrings. Backings wore out within 2 months and one of the earrings fell out and got lost.
