Walked in the store with my then fiancè and no one even bothered to say hi to us. Another older couple walked in right behind us and everyone instantly went to them and asked if they needed help. I had to walk up to the counter and wait over 8 minutes before someone even asked if I needed anything. Once I pulled out the ring and told them what I needed they were happy to help. I understand they get paid by commission but just because I look young doesn't mean in not a paying customer. My partner even told me when he went in by himself it took them a bit to help him. Only reason he stuck with the store was because it was the only place that had the perfect ring for me.

Went in today to buy a wedding ring, The staff were very friendly and fun to do business with.
The store manager was a blast, So energetic and funny.
I highly recommend this place.
Good prices, Fun friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I would give more stars if I could, I was very happy to do business with them today.

Unsanitary and abysmal customer service! I bought a watch two weeks ago and the associate wrote in the wrong model number on my warranty certificate. I tried to register the watch online (through the watch brand website) for an extra one year warranty but it didn't work because the model number was wrong by two characters! I called them a couple days ago and spoke with a lady and explained to her that the brand website lists the model number with two different letters and she confirmed with me that Ann Louise got it wrong and told me to use the correct model number on the watch brand website to register for the warranty. I used the correct model number and the registration finally worked. The lady over the phone told me I could bring in the warranty certificate to get it corrected if I wanted.

So this afternoon, I brought in the warranty certificate as well as my receipt with the watch and I spoke to this heavy set lady with long dark hair and glasses. She asked to look at my warranty card, receipt, and the watch. When she picked up my watch she had a dirty tissue in her hand with lipstick on it. The tissue was touching my watch and papers. Disgusting! She proceeded to say that the model number is right according to the receipt and then told me to just not enter it when applying for the warranty. She didn't even listen to what I was trying to tell her and told me "thanks for checking". Obviously without the correct model number you can't register to get the warranty! Clearly, their system has the wrong information! I felt so disgusted I didn't bother trying to explain my situation and left right away. You would think in this pandemic climate people would be a little more attentive to keeping their hands clean, especially if you are in sales! Needless to say, I will not be returning to this store to buy any jewelry. I'll take my business elsewhere.

On a side note I notice they are only nice to you if you are buying something. A few months ago I had another interaction where one male associate was rude to me because they didn't have what I was looking for and told me to keep going back to the store to check to see if they have what I'm looking for. He strongly discouraged buying things online and claimed that there are never any sales online. Of course, there are sales online (for the very item I was looking for too!).

Undescribable experience of mine at metrotown store (Ann Louise Jewelry). Sales associate (DANNY) is very judgemental. I am inquiring for lay -away plan and their financing plan but arrogantly asking if I'm working. I felt embarrassed. Dont go to that store!

The staff was phenomenal, they were so helpful when I noticed a defect in my chain, they took it back no questions asked and assisted me in finding something else that I wanted.
Eileen and Vandy are top notch and I will definitely be going back.

Awhile ago I had a negative experience at It's About Time Jewelry in Langley in regards to having my battery replaced in my Tag Heuer watch. One day I was at Metrotown and saw that Ann-Louise Jewelers were an Authorized Tag Heuer dealer. A few weeks later I had to go back to Metrotown and decided to take my Tag there to have my battery replaced. I was taken care of by a lady named Vandy and the gentleman who serviced my Tag was Danny. I was so impressed by the level of service that I took my other Tag back to also have it serviced. Today I was greeted by the Manager, Eileen Leung. All I have to say is that after 31 years in Sales, Management and now Ownership, I was very impressed by the level of customer service provided by Vandy, Danny and now Eileen. Based on my experiences, I would definitely recommend Ann-Louise to any of my friends and customers.

Recently made a purchase at the Metrotown location. Store Manager Eileen and Sales Associate Vandy did an amazing job in helping me track down the exact item I was looking for. Eileen made sure I was fully informed and gave me different options aiding me in making my choice. Their attitude and excellent customer service is greatly appreciated!

This was my first shopping experience in the Metrotown store and it was one of the best! They have a great selection of beautiful jewelry with good prices and some amazing sales. All of their gemstones are genuine, no lab created stones! The lady helping us was Vandy - she was great and very genuine too, no pressure and very helpful and accommodating. We did shop around and came back to buy the best bracelet for the best price we had seen. Overall I really recommend this store and seeing Vandy if you can.

Had a terrible experience at the Metrotown store today around 8: 30pm. I came from People's Jewellers so I had an idea on what colors and clarity of diamond I was looking for. I told the old asian lady who assisted me the specific color and clarity I was looking for and she sarcastically smiled at me and said "why are you saying these things? " and then pointed me to a specific high-end brand. I then said that I have a working budget she then asked do I want that specific brand and I said no if its out of my budget. I just wanted to check if they have something similar to what I saw from People's Jewellers to get the most value out of my budget but I was belittled when she said in an insulting and sarcastic tone "You can't buy that clarity at that price. We are just wasting our time. Go buy online. " I felt embarrassed and just thanked her and left the store so I did not even had the chance to get her name. She could have said it nicely or she could have showed me other diamond rings within my budget which the other store I went to did. By the way, I bought my wedding band at the Metrotown store but after what happened today, I now know better which store I should buy and recommend to friends and families in the future.

It was a great service and experience by the staff Eddie and Kitty with their knowledge and explanation about the watches, that really make me so happily purchasing my first watch and went back for the second time to purchase another watch.

Best jewellery store in Metrotown, the staff keep disinfectant the counter, feels clean and safe. Came back to purchase my wedding ring today。Mina was so helpful, even it is almost closing time she spend long time with us to find out a right ring. Will be back for sure.

I think based off of how my wife and I were dressed, the young sales woman we were dealing with was pretty harsh to us. Beyond that the selection is limited (especially for men’s chains) I would not recommend this store. There are better stores with better prices, and better service. While I won’t personally be returning to the store, make sure you dress up before going, otherwise service and kindness will be quite poor.

Such a bad experience.recommend not to visit.i bought a chain of 600bucks nd wore it for 3 days then the lock of chain was not working.i went back to the store they denied to exchange or refund.even the staff was so rude.their manager was always unavailable.not worthy at all.

Can find better deals elsewhere. Bought a ceramic Tag watch for 2k after a "sale price reduction", a week later saw the same watch at Golden tree jeweler's (langley) for $1,800 regular price. Deffinetly should've shopped around first.

Visted this store to shop for my family/friend’s gifts multiple times and the associates never disappoints. Anna helped me tremendously to find exactly what I needed. She always provides such a kind, warm service that makes me feel super comfortable during the entire shopping experience. Also, she makes sure that I make informed shopping decisions with her extensive knowledge about the products. Ever since the pandemic, they ensure everyone wears a mask as well as the hand sanitizer, so if you’re looking for a safe environment to shop jewelry, this is the place for you.

My husband bought me a bracelet and a necklace in Metrotown store. (I had receipts from both.) When I was trying the necklace (before my husband bought it for me) I said to the seller that is too big and that I would like to shorten it. He said that they can do it and is not a problem. I went home with the necklace to see how much I would like to shorten it. I returned after a few days. I brought both the bracelet and the necklace. I showed to a lady serving me the bracelet first. The price of the bracelet was $240. She said that to shorten it they charge $40 since the amount is less than $300. I was unsatisfied and said that when my husband was buying it no one told him that would be a problem and that they will charge it (otherwise he would buy something/somewhere else). Manager came and said it is a store policy and the bracelet was bought in 2018. So I said ok, nevermind I will pay (because it's already bought and I wanted to wear it). Next, I showed them the necklace that I wanted to shorten as well (that costed around $330, which means over $300 and should be as they said at the beginning with no charge). When they measured how much they need to shorten it they said they will charge it $20. So I was surprised as 1.seller didn't say that they are charging it (afew days ago when we were buying it) and second they just said that they don't change shortening for the jewelry that cost more rhan $300! So what the hell?
P s. They didn't want to open the rope that is standing at the entrance of the store for us to exit the store! So we needed to jump over it!

I went into their store and I think based on the way I was dressed (casual- track pants and a t-shirt), I was not greeted/acknowledged. Not even a simple hello.very poor customer service in my eyes. I ended up leaving and purchased an engagement ring elsewhere because of this.

Best jewellery store with genuine jewellery and good price. Cannot wait to shop after reopen.

Terrible experience returning some jewelry at this store. They don’t return any jewelry within time period also. They don’t know how to talk with the customers. I just bought watch from this store and want to return because of some reasons but they refused to return. Never buy any jewelry from this store. Prices are also high and the jewelry is not original. Never visit here it’s better to choose any other jewelry store. Wastage of time and money. Very bad experience. Improve customer service.

Terrible experience my brother bought a watch here and the date was wrong came back in to get it fixed and one of the guy just pushed us away saying we don’t do that here but u guys sell watches how do u guys not do it here what kind of Customer service is that he was sooo rude to us so I went up to another associate and she was so nice and willing to help us even tho she didn’t really know how but still took the time to help us but that guy was terrible extremely rude to us he even told us to go home and learn how to do it or go online and learn terrible

Terrible experience returning some jewelry at this store. My wife decided to return her birthday gift since we weren't sure of how 10k gold would react with her skin since she's particularly sensitive and we had experience with 18/22 k gold. Retail executive refused to entertain a return with original receipt initially saying second returns aren't accepted and then left a note WITHOUT DISCLOSURE asking for future executives to beware of my wife since she is "buying and returning". Good way to ensure we never buy jewelry from this brand again. Pity since the experience buying with the Pacific center location was MUCH better. To the store manager, please get your executives to check their biases at the door please.

This staff are the greatest and most happy staff at any Buisness in the mall such great and quality help everytime I shop there. Very professional sales staff, they know what are they selling. There are two couple giving them hard time while we are around but they took care them nicely. They even can smile back to the customer even they are so rude to them. Good trained.

I bought a ring to mark a special event in my life but my interactions with the staff at this store make me regret this decision. The staff lack basic english language skills and became apparently overwhelmed when I called to ask if the ring was ready for pickup. When I went in to the store, the ring came in a plastic bag, which made it look like a cheap piece of plastic instead of the $700 I spent on it. Pretty sure you could have more pleasure shopping in any other jewelry store.

I always have a better experience at Ann-Louise than other jewelry stores.
