Anti-Aging Medical & Laser Clinic

I've been here before for a facial, which was fine, but I went in yesterday to pick up some product and had the rudest experience, so much so that I'm planning to walk down the street to plain Jane skin bar to get the exact same product just so that I don't have to go into this place ever again! I was literally told to stand in the corner by a staff member because she didn't want to help me. Her actual words when another staff member asked if she could help me were "ugh, not really" and then she turned to me and told me to "go stand over there". And then she had the nerve to push by me when she was trying to get a product off the shelf that I was standing in front (which is exactly where she told me to go) while muttering "move! " under her breath. I've never been treated so poorly in any store, and I wish I had spoken up while I was in there but I was kind of in shock when it was happening so I just left after being shoved. Oh and I was also holding my infant in my arms the entire time. I've never left a review before, but this experience was so upsetting that I had to do something.

Janice is the best! I had bbl forever young face treatment. She made sure I was fully informed about the process, as comfortable as possible and was very thorough. The treatment over all was pretty painless. She took good care of me!

Dr. Frame is an absolute gem. I wish I had met him sooner.

He is so personable, kind, friendly, and considerate. I’m 28 and see Dr. Frame only once a year or so for preventative Botox. He and his team are great with addressing issues that are _relevant_ to your specific needs and making sure you get the right care through the years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frame's fro about six years. He is a great listener and I feel decisions on my health care are the result of our mutual exploration of the options available. Dr. Frame has a good relationship with a number of specialists in times when I have needed referrals to cardiologists, hematologists and such.
All-in-all, an outstanding, well-informed and up-to-date general practioner.

I had Ultherapy and Thermage done by Jocelyn and I am very happy about it. She is a great professional, very knowledgeable and a fun person as well. Check for promotions!

When I chatted, I explained what services I need and they gave me a price which was almost the same as other clinics. So, I assumed everything is right. They charged $125 for a consult (while I did not need as I had done it several times before). Once I spoke with the technician, she said the price is almost twice! What could I do? Leave, the $125 could burn. Stay, I had to pay twice for the service that others charge half!

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and phoned them to ask if they could include some samples for me with my order. The lady on the phone was so kind to me. When my package arrived I was so surprised with the amazing samples they gave to me. I phoned to thank them and again, they were so kind and helpful on the phone. I will definitely purchase from here again. So many places have forgotten how important customer service is, it was a nice experience to receive excellent customer service on the phone, and of course the amazing samples were very much appreciated.

The don’t know how to treat a scar whatsoever. It was a year ago, I gave it some time to the laser because I was told it will take some months after the results show up. I felt scammed paying 1900 cad for 0 results. No solutions nor money back.
PSs: My scar is super small, and they did not know how to do it, I don’t know if they do others process properly but if you want a scar treatment I recommend you not to waste your money and time and go directly to a scar specialized clinic instead. Otherwise they will say “yes” to everything you need as long as you Pay, even though they don’t know.

I went to get a consultation here and was advised to get filler under my eyes. The consultation was with Nadine who was sugary sweet to me in the beginning when she was trying to convince me of all the treatments I should get, but I noticed her tune changed when I decided to only do one. After I got the filler, the area under my eyes were plumper but by the time I came back a week and a half later to receive the remaining amount, the filler had completely dissolved. They had no explanation for it and proceeded to inject what was remaining in, but this also made no difference whatsoever. So I paid $2000 for absolutely nothing. I spoke to Nadine who only offered me discounts if I bought more services. Why would I give them more money when I have already given them hundreds of dollars with no return? A decent company would at least refunded a partial amount. I could never in good conscience keep someone's money who did not get the results they paid for. But I suppose if you were lead by greed, it would not bother you.

I've been going to Anti-Aging for years. This team is always on point, professional, and keeps up to date on all the latest new products/injectables and technologies.

Although they offer the full range of anti-aging treatment options, I've done mostly injectables so far, but I'll soon be trying other treatments.

Nadine is very creative; she studies your face and does a mock-up of where she feels injectables would be most beneficial and offers knowledgeable suggestions.

Dr. Frame is an artist who enjoys the woman's face as his canvass. I wouldn't get injectables done anywhere else.

Dr. Frame and Nadine are a dynamite duo. Together, they made my dreams come true with a combination of Botox and Filler. Both took their time to assess my face and to understand my ambition. I took a long time to consider the options after an initial consult (several months actually) and there was absolutely no pressure placed upon me. Dr. Frame has a less-is-more conservative approach leading to a natural yet elegant and impactful result. The pair truly have a cosmetic eye that is second to none. Thrilled with my result. Great place to get some treatments, but DON'T get lip filler there because I got some problems in my upper lip and I had to dissolve the lip filler in another place with another doctor who told me the reason that happened in my lips is because the person who injected the filler did it in the wrong side. Also the lip filler costs double than other places.

The wait was worth it. It took about 5 months to get in for my consult with Dr. Frame but I have never had such a thorough review of my medical history before and a plan for moving forward. Over the next three weeks I have more testing to complete and then back for his recommendation and treatment plan. Is it free, no. But my health and body are worth the time and money. From my very first visit to this place up until now, three years later, as a somewhat regular client, I've never been disappointed with my experience at this centre. I recently had a tattoo removal treatment done by Amanda. I was super nervous after having heard how painful the treatment itself was but Amanda went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. She was very thorough when going over the details of the treatment and was extremely patient when I bombarded her with questions. Wow! I was so impressed with my experience at Anti Aging Med & Laser Clinic in Vancouver. From start to finish the process was holistic, caring and personalized. Really great stuff, the whole establishment feels professional clean and appropriate to perform any kind of medical procedures. Located conveniently on fourth Avenue in Vancouver it is in a nice district that makes you feel good about going there to have needles stuck in your face! My nurse is an RN her name is Dina, she was so sweet, kind and empathetic. Even though I was afraid to try Botox (Dysport) and Belkyra for the first time, she was extremely accommodating and helped relieve my anxiety with her calm demeanour.
I love my results, I definitely recommend these procedures and will be back for more.
If you’re looking to try and concerned about the cost, during Boxing Week and Black Friday there are deals on certain services. Consultation is $125 but then can be used towards the procedure. They are great at answering any questions along the way and make themselves available.

I have been ordering skincare from this company for a few years now. Online ordering experience was fine, but that involved no real customer contact. Where they utterly fell apart was their virtual consultation process. I booked the consult and no one showed up for my appointed time. I followed up and they said they were closed and had immediately contacted me and canceled the appointment. I was never contacted, an in fact received multiple reminders right up to my scheduled time. There was no effort made to make this right. I was utterly disappointed with the experience. I canceled my pending order and plan to use a competitor who values customer experience.

These people are outstanding.in today’s competitive market Dr. Frame and his staff go the extra mile. I have always had amazing results from Anti-Aging plus I am always educated as to what every procedure entails and what to expect. I have been a huge fan of anti aging treatments since the trend began in 1990’s and have tried it all. Dr. Frame is a Star and he really cares. Super friendly and accommodating. I cannot endorse him and his clinic enough, you won’t be disappointed!

Dr Frame took every medical concern I have very seriously. His assessment was extremely thorough and well documented. He took the extra time I needed to help me to understand my medical and hormonal issues that I was experiencing. He is extremely knowledgeable, informative, caring, and nonjudgmental. He has followed up on everything that he has made recommendations on. I just wish I had decided to see him sooner and spare myself the unnecessary suffering. Trust me, I worried about the cost but every single dollar I have spent has been worth it. No question!

My experience with the Anti-Aging clinic has, unfortunately, been extremely negative. I called the clinic up to ask if they were able to remove age spots. The person I spoke with eagerly said that yes, they could remove age spots. She then said that I had to make an appointment to speak to a consultant—this involved paying a hefty up-front fee just to make the appointment. I made the appointment because the woman had so enthusiastically claimed they could remove age spots. The consultant I saw sold me a laser package at $1,440 reassuring me that this would deal with my age spots. I did two treatments with absolutely no results, and I have to say, the technicians didn’t really know much about my case, and the procedures were not consistent. Then the COVID 19 crisis hit and the clinic said all appointments were cancelled. When they did reopen, I had to track them down for my third appointment; if I hadn’t, they would not have bothered to call me despite the fact that they had taken my money. On my third appointment I told the technician that I had seen no results. To compensate, they gave me some other treatment which was equally ineffective telling me that this treatment would stimulate my collagen. But the point is I came for age spot removal not collagen stimulation! In short, the experience was completely unpleasant because they were disorganized with their client files and seemed keen on selling packages. In short, I spent a lot of money for something that seemed like a snake oil treatment.

Called to inquire about a price. They put me on hold without even telling me they were going to. I said "hello" and no one was there.

I hung up and called back asking about why I was put on hold without being notified. I received no apology.

I got my lips filled here for the first time and I am OBSESSED. Not only do my lips look exactly as I wanted (not overly filled, but more symmetrical from the front and aesthetically pleasing from the side, as my profile was corrected a bit by the procedure), but I was extremely impressed and set at ease by the knowledge and expertise I was presented with. I went in with unrealistic expectations of what could be accomplished with a half ml of filler, mostly because I was worried I’d look like a Kylie Jenner, which is nice for other people but not what I was looking for. I wasn’t upsold or pressured into anything - simply informed of what I would need to achieve what it was that I wanted and how much would be required to get even close to the Kylie look, which was hugely appreciated as I had consulted elsewhere and was brushed off when I asked if my expectations were realistic. I realize it’s difficult to inform people they might need to spend slightly more to get exactly what they want and be completely happy, but that’s the responsibility of a doctor in this field and I appreciated the disappointment prevention. I’d much rather spend a little more on a full ml than have to spend the half ml price twice, and allowing me to learn my lesson by having to fall to that fate was well within Dr. Frame’s rights, but he was kind and informative while still being clear he would be supportive of whatever choice I decided to make. A set of gorgeous lips and a bunch of extremely useful knowledge later, I’m a very happy girl.

Try to avoid this place
I was planned to talk face to face with a dermatologist. Discuss my skin issue, as well as the possible treatment.
They booked me in for Sunday, and when I traveled all the way to there, I was told there will be no doctor. But a technician can see me.they will took some pictures and send to doctor.if I want I can chat with the doctor on the phone.so called professional.
They also booked me for treatment already (never met me in person before, no ideal what my skin condition is). I was so angry and disappointed. Cancelled my appointment and travel all the way back home.
Totally wast of my time

I have a trip planned and I was referred to Dr. Lo by a friend as my usual botox and filler doctor was unavailable. I was extremely nervous because I've had a horrible experience when I tried a another doctor prior to my usual MD. To my surprise Dr. Lo exceeded my expectations and even my fiance who hates fillers complimented on how youthful I looked. I wanted to write this because I am one of those super picky clients especially when it comes to my face. Now I feel pretty for Vegas and I will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Lo. Thanks again for the amazing job!

Do not trust these people with your face. I had a consult with Dr Frame and Erin regarding two age spots on the upper corners of my cheeks (one on each side of my face) near my eyes and small red burst blood vessel on my nose. I wanted to get them lasered because I had it done years ago at another clinic with great results, but the spots came back. I told doctor Frame and Erin that I have sensitive skin and that I only wanted spot treatment so as to avoid any possible negative side effects. They never told me that spot treatment could ruin my entire face!

For the first treatment, Erin only zapped me once in each area. Everything was fine. I had no damage. I also has absolutely no effects. The spots didn’t change at all.

For the second treatment, Erin turned up the strength, I thought only a bit! However, she zapped me several times, going way further down my face than where the age spot is. She covered a much larger surface area than the first time. She looked at me after she did it and said that she should go again and do it twice. I asked her if that’s ok and if that could damage my skin. She said no. I left the office. My face wasn’t red or burned. Much like the first time, I didn’t really notice anything, until the next day. The areas on each side of my face from the forehead down where she had put the laser went all wrinkly. There are wrinkles, weird lines and indent/scars all over my face where the laser was AND where it wasn’t. The wrinkles go down my cheeks all the way to my mouth. Before this I had barely any wrinkles. I am 38 and I still get carded at the liquor store. However, I doubt I will ever get carded again. My face literally aged 30 years in one day. I am now noticing additional scars appearing on my face daily.

I emailed Erin asking for help. She was cold and no help at all. I sent her photos of the wrinkles. I asked what I should do. At this point I should note that neither Erin nor Dr Frame gave any post care instructions. I also asked for my money back because I paid for 5 sessions and only used two. Erin consulted with the owner Nadine and they said no.

They said to come in so they could look at my face. I did. When I was there they made absolutely no attempt to examine the damage. All they wanted to do was deny liability. Dr. Frame got no closer than four feet from my face. He said that my wrinkles must be age related or due to some COINCIDENCE! He literally said that. He said the laser doesn’t affect non treated areas because they punch a hole in a piece of paper to protect the face. I told him Erin didn’t do that then he changed his story again and said they they rarely use paper. He said that the laser won’t affect skin 10mm away from the width of the device. That is clearly not true. The damage clearly radiated from where I was treated all the way down my face.

All I wanted was for them to assist me in recovery. My face is damaged and I want help mitigating the damage. All I want is honest advice on how to heal and get my old smooth skin back. Despite asking five times for help, Dr Frame did nothing but deny, deny, deny.

Do not trust these people with your face. They act nice and professional as long as things are going well, but if they make a mistake or if something goes wrong, they will turn their backs on you. They weren’t even going to give me my money back for the remaining 3 sessions that I prepaid for. However, after they made me wait in their office and listen to their denials of liability, they refunded me 2 sessions. That’s it. So I paid these guys approximately $400 to age my face by 30 years.

I should also note, they took several photos of my face before my last treatment. They know that they ruined my face. Instead of trying to help me, they just tried to make me go away.

I’ve done more research now that this happened to me and learned that this wrinkling, scarring and skin texture issue has happened to a lot of people. It happens when the laser is old or the technician makes a mistake. If you want to get ILP done, go to a qualified doctor, not Dr Frame.
