The gym is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere for people with all levels of fitness. Damony, one of their personal trainers, is the reason I continue to come back. No matter the time of the day he is always happy and eager to help you work out. He has even found a way to make push-ups and lunges slightly more tolerable.

I would highly recommend Damony for anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall health.

I love this gym. I used to go to club 16 earlier but had to wait for the machines because it was extremely busy there. Here, even on busy days, i do not have to wait. I got personal training from Damony. He is a great trainer. He helped me build my stamina again. I always look forward to a session with Damony. He really encourages his clients and makes a training plan according to his client's needs and likes. I am glad to be getting trained by him at Anytime Fitness

Great gym! Has all the equipment for experienced gym members to beginners. I do person training with Coach Damony and recommend him to anyone thinking about it! Really knows his stuff well and a cool guy.

Damony simmonds is my first trainer in my life. The best trainer EVER! He is very professional and supportive and quickly found out what i needed out of my PT session. He makes my workout enjoyable while pushing me to keep going.

Came in here to sign up for a membership but wanted some information, Manjot was super helpful and gave me all the information I was looking for, and didn’t make me feel judged the other gyms have when it came to my fitness goals. Can’t wait to sign up!

Excellent gym! I attribute it 100% to the manager Jaskarn. He has created a professional & welcoming atmosphere, and is always cheerful and willing to help. Other gym managers should learn from him.

I was told that in order to apply for a free pass for 10 days, I was going to have to pay for everything as if I were signing up for a full membership at this location, and I would get my whole amount back if I were to cancel without 10 days.

I signed up and had to pay more than $130 even for the cheapest plan, and then came into the location to cancel within 10 days.

Now after almost 2 month, the full refund still has not been processed!

I first emailed the customer service and they were completely useless. All they said was I should contact the location directly, so I called them. The woman said I should be able to see the refund soon.

I still haven’t got it back, so I called the location again and this guy was telling me I should come in to get it. I was like…. I did come in to cancel my membership a month and a half ago and why do I even have to bother coming back again…

I asked this guy to leave a note to the guy in charge to call me back but he refused.

This place is a total scam. Avoid at all cost.

*I can also see so many recent reviews with only 2 or 3 other reviews. Am I the only one who smell the fakeness from those accounts?

Edit: The same guy called and said since he’s new and there’s nothing he can do but to give a refund in cash, so I’m gonna have to come in. Though I appreciate his help, I am speechless. Don’t sign up here, ever.

* Update: It's never okay for Patrons to experience sketchy practice and/or harrassment from Staff. Assume legal will discipline these offending AF staff members.

Hygeine: carpet and floors have 'standing' fecal water from sewage. This is toxic and been there for some time. Doors, knobs, walls and even water fountain = heavy BLACK MOLD. I would assume the cleaner uses the same "poopy" mop across the whole gym. Smells like an outhouse.

Obviously if floor is wet, the poo water will be walked on. Goes home with you on clothing when changing and brought onto all equipment and floor. Your family, kids, elders and home can get sick.

Staff: show Inappropriate behaviour toward female paying customers. I will leave it at that.

My Wife, myself and others avoid this gym. We value our health and safety.

The most philthiest and dirty gym I have ever seen, there is pile of dust on the cieling and fittings, the machines are so dirty and outdated, I was surprised to see anytime fitness has degraded its standard so much. Very few basic machines and studio floor is so dirty. Was so disappointed.

Overall, this location is very good but the guy who works in the morning shift (Especially on weekends) is very rude to everyone, Zero knowledge of customer service, lack of knowledge, always unwilling to help. Please teach him to be polite with gym members. Thanks

They only have one year contracts and there is no program without contracts which means they lock you in for the whole year and there is no way to get out.
While consulting the adviser he did not mention about the yearly maintenance fee without me asking him so there may be other hidden charges also that a new customer may not know.

The gym smells horrible as if something died inside. The staff is also very unwelcoming at all times, almost like they hate their jobs. I would stay away from this gym. The only plus is that they are open at all hours.

One of the worst location i have ever visited of anytime fitness. Most of the benches were broken.

Great gym, nice clean atmosphere, but the main reason to put review is kuvir aujla. I took PT sessions from him, so motivational and helping person i have ever seen. I really like the way he do his job.the money i spent totally worth it. Must recommend kulvir aujla

I have been coming to this gym since August 2021 and this is the longest I have been stayed at the same gym. Staff is very polite and helpful specially Kulvir Aujla. Gym is clean and has everything you need. I have taken some PT sessions with Kulvir as well, he is very knowledgeable and is always available to answer all your questions. I highly highly recommend this gym.

I was doing squats with heavy weights, so I removed my shoes but they don’t allow me because a girl complains and staff insults me in front of everyone they don’t know how to talk or handle a situation.

To the owner of this place it's called 7 day free pass to check out the facility, it's a SCAM to pay something that is supposed to be FREE. Yeah im going to leave a review you know why because this location is actually garbage, maybe update your facility, put more machines people use, clean up and organize the place where are the weights between 7 and 15? I left an honest review and your employee had an attitude because I told him free is free like it says on your website. Not to mention I use facilities that are worth my money and time and have much nicer staff who know how to treat a customer

If you want a gym that worth your money DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION barely any machines or space, atmosphere was gross, employee was rude and had an attitude with me! Your better off going to Planet Fitness, at least your getting your moneys worth

Wonderful gym! I have been working on shifts and 24/7 gym is my go to. Excellent staff they have here as well. Very helpful and friendly environment. Thank you Kulvir and keep up the amazing work. All the best!

I would say it is the best part of my whole day spending time here in this gym. I started gym first time in my life and had a great experience with coach KULVIR who made me comfortable here. He helped me alot in gaining weight honestly. I have never been happier when i saw difference of almost 20 pounds in 2 months. Thanks alot Coach saab. After all those training sessions i started going to gym regularly. I would say this has been the best thing happened to me so far in this year. Thanks tons and tons.
