It is a very complete gym and the service and attention is excellent, I like the atmosphere of respect and sports culture. I like it a lot and this is where I like to train daily. You will love it, besides it is economical and there are good promotions.) 100% recommended

A clean, well-maintained gym with everything one needs for a good workout. There are several squat racks and bench presses, along with other unique and typical machines. The dumbbells reach 100lbs. There’s also a functional training area and cardio stations. It was not busy when I trained there.

One of my favourite gyms in Kelowna, really friendly staff! This gym has most of the equipment that I need and the trainers are awesome. I recommend this gym for beginners and experienced people looking to get a workout in!

My friends and I were walking downtown and had a sudden urge to get a quick pump. We saw this new, beautiful, location and went inside. We were greeted kindly by Mr. Liam and he was of utmost help and consideration. He offered us a free trial and so we went and had a glorious bench session. The facility, the machines, the bench, the vibe.immaculate. Due to the kindness of Liam and the exquisite facility, our spontaneous desire for a pump generated 3 new possible members. Thank you for the experience!

Love this place! Super accessible 24/7. The Matrix equipment is excellent and makes you work for real! The staff are friendly and helpful. Its my home away from home, truly my happy place!

Felt very welcomed at this gym - brand new equipment was great and the trainers were all really nice and helpful!:)

I replied to their consultation and free enrollment promotion on facebook and was invited in by manager Chris. When we arrived Chris wasn't there but we got a tour of the place by another guy there. Then we were told that there is no promotion and that enrollment itself is 100$. With enrollment, security fees, and the fee they have for their renovations in 2 years; it's about 200$ to enroll and 74$ a month after that. If you decide to quit, it's about 300$ to cancel your membership. The gym is the same size as the YMCA downtown but all the equipment is brand new. YMCA membership is like 55$ a month and it includes the H20 center.
