What kind of a gym doesn’t offer a trial and charges $35 for a drop in? Was hoping to sign up to this location but can only imagine that this lack of user centricity extends to other areas of service. Disappointing; however, it is a well thought out strategy for deterring new members and encouraging use of other gyms.

Smallest anytime fitness ever seen wonder how people are paying 60$ for this thing have to wait for 10 minutes before u can use a machine

Their PT program is a rip off! They are very convincing to sign you up but do not mention any of their PT contracts limits.
They told me to sign up for a longer program to get a discounted rate. They said I can cancel at any time or reduce the frequency. But they did not tell me there's a cancellation fee and that they will continue to charge me for the original frequency, even though I took fewer sessions per week. When I found out and asked them to cancel the extra charge, they refused and then showed me all the fine prints in the contract. Also, I asked them to move my PT sessions to another branch of since I moved, but they refused. They have charged me couple of thousands dollar extra and did not return it or let me move it to another branch!

Great gym. It has all the machines you will ever need, including multiple squat racks and a dozen of benches.

Great people and vibe. Everyone is focused on getting a good workout and you can really feel the energy from the staff.
Machine variety is good but it can get quite busy. Just plan ahead.

** The response from AT fitness says “make sure you use the right phone number” no…make sure you have the right phone number posted. **
Pretty sure they don’t want new clients. Emailed them a handful of times/called them repeatedly, the phone just rings and rings and rings…no one ever answers. And this has been for the last TWO years. Not even for myself. My socially anxious friend told me he wanted to go but wasn’t sure how to get up there because there only seems to be an unassuming door leading to an elevator with people using fob keys to access it. He said he’d tried contacting them to ask about it, but no answer. So I tried for him many times over 2 years to get the answer for him. Explained his situation in email multiple times. Not their problem, I guess. Glad he found a gym willing to talk to him. Certainly won’t be accessing Anytime for myself after this experience.

My main gym location! It’s a little hidden but the inside is spacious enough. During peak hours, it is very hard to find squat rack or a machine since there are not a lot of extra equipment

Where my brother always works out.
Compared to other branches, it is said that the equipment is well managed.
Tools are also moderately plentiful.

I am a member since probably 3 years ago and I do love it. Staff is nice, place is clean and organized and you will find all the equipment you need to get in shape

Really nice place if your thinking to join the gym. Easy for access friendly satff clean washroom. Best equipments. 100% recommend

Terrible customer service, the manager was very rude to me when I left. I goto the Abbotsford gym full time and get treated way better there. Do not recommend.

Such a great gym, kept really clean and the equipment is great! Good number of racks. Plus Rhonda is the best manager!

It has everything: a huge parking lot, mobile application for workout, various equipment and great rates and ii is 24/7. I couldn't expect more!

Brutal gym… over-capacity, free weights need replacing (and there aren’t enough of them), poor layout.

I've been a member of Anytime Fitness Kensington for a couple years now, and I'm thrilled with my experience so far. The staff is incredibly friendly and are always going out of their way to answer my questions and help me reach my fitness goals. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with a wide variety of equipment to choose from. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to ensure that I am using equipment properly and performing exercises safely. They are always available to answer questions and offer advice, and their positive attitude is contagious. Overall, I highly recommend Anytime Fitness Kensington to anyone looking for a supportive and inspiring fitness community.
