Called a friend of mine fat and said they don’t cater to homeless people. I will note he is not homeless and was willing to pay for someone to help. It takes a lot of courage to go into a gym and flat out ask for help. It is rude to treat any human being this way.

A extra clean gym with lots of windows to people watch while working out. A well balanced range of equipment. Not intimidating at all for the new comer. Seniors usually workout around 10 am when it becomes a bit of a social hour. Lots of nice people. Highly recommended
