Anytime Fitness is excellent, and my trainer Dymtro is outstanding. His tailored workouts and knowledge in fitness have been instrumental in my health journey.

The gym is well-equipped and maintains a welcoming atmosphere. Dymtro's professionalism and commitment to clients' progress make him highly recommendable. A fantastic choice for anyone serious about fitness.

Amazing place! Manager Ricky and H2I’s always friendly and ready to help! Very warming and cozy place, I will definitely stay here for a long time. Special thanks to trainer Dmytro. 2 sessions with him was extremely helpful and he always there to help me on my healthy journey. I would recommend him and this gym to everybody! 10/10

Visiting from California so I was looking for a gym to work out at and found this one. Very clean, staff is nice and helpful, day pass was inexpensive. 10/10 Would recommend.

Very small gym with one rowing machine and cycling machines that are not accessible during peak hours because the room they are in is being used for classes with 0-2 people.
The space is really tiny and the equipment is limited.
So not it.

Staff and members are friendly. They have equipments to accommodate different workout styles. Love working out at this location!

Anytime fitness is by far the best gym I’ve been too. The staff are super friendly & extremely helpful, the gym is always clean and in perfect condition! Highly recommend this gym to anyone.

If you're really into body building, this location is not it. Can't lift heavy without risking losing your key fob (cause of noise) yet they have a studio for dancing in the same area blasting questionable music, also if you're doing super set, don't expect to use your phone in between rest period is not allowed either. Only anytime fitness with this issue, -3 stars

Beside all that, the gym is clean and fairly new equipment. 2 stars.

Anytime Fitness is a wonderful health center and gym, open 24 hours a day in different locations and with helpful, knowledgable trainers with the option to work on machines, free weights and treadmills with a health check too available from time to time.

This gym is like my second home. I joined this gym earlier this year and was nervous at first but all the staff are so welcoming and nice! Such great gym equipment too and always clean. Puts members first:)

The gym is clean, well appointed and spaced out enough to work out comfortably.

A variety of machines, weights and workout equipment is available along with a studio for more specialized workouts.

Training classes are offered at this location and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Showers and change rooms are available which are also kept clean and in good working condition.

If you’re a member definitely worth stopping by and having a workout session here if not stop in and become one!

The staff are very friendly. Nice environment. They always keep the place cleaned. The place has sanitizers each stations, to make sure the equipments are being sanitized before and after use.

My experience with Anytime Fitness couldn't be better so far! The gym is kept impeccably clean and organized and it always feels like a safe space to work out in, no matter the time of day or night. Having access to friendly, experienced personal trainers who can help you learn and get comfortable in the gym has been the highlight of my experience so far and I look forward to checking out the group classes in the future as well!

The staff here are really hard to beat. Great level of cleanliness and they really did the best they could to navigate the whole covid situation. The dedication to creating a safe and positive environment is appreciated and keeps my wife and I coming back.

I have been to other AF Gyms in Richmond and Vancouver and this one at No. 5 Road has the best facility. Always clean and orderly. All the staff here are very accomodating and professional.

Having joined Anytime since the reopening of gyms in June of 2020 i started off naturally going to the closest locations to where I live in Vancouver and Burnaby for the first 6 months until I tried the No5 location and I was hooked instantly. Wasn't nearly as busy for the time I go, good people, and the cleanest of the bunch. Stuff and patrons respect the location and take good care of it. Have not turned back since.

Really clean gym that’s sanitized thoroughly. Awesome staff and equipment. Really love the windows and lighting, gives off a good vibe!

It’s not extremely busy and most of the time you can workout with no problems! Everyone including the members are friendly and respectful. Also love the 24/7 access and 2 free fitness consultations that come with your membership!

Lastly, big shoutout to the personal trainers for being super helpful, who push you to succeed and progress on your fitness journey!

Really Glad to say that i started my fitness journey with them (my first gym ever!) and i have some great memories.

I love attending this gym. The staff are friendly; the gym is always clean (and always open.so no excuses!). During Co-Vid I appreciate the extra cleaning and safety protocols, which are seamlessly interwoven into the running of the gym and so don't feel obtrusive when working out. I highly recommend the gym to anyone looking for a positive environment to pursue their health goals (and it can be on any schedule.so no excuses!).

It's a decent gym. I like that they are still open 24hrs despite covid restrictions. Staff are always friendly. Bathrooms are fairly clean

This Anytime Richmond location has improved alot. The sanitary wipes are replenished and the washrooms are kept clean! I actually enjoy coming here because it's spacious and not crowded. Staff greets members instead of hiding in the office

Been to many anytime fitness outlet and so far this is best among the lot. The washrooms are well maintained and the gym equipments are well stacked most of the time. The staff are very friendly and approachable while the atmosphere is very pleasant as it is located along No. 5 road. The view is great. Overall i highly recommend this gym to anyone as i had a great experience.

Gym equipment very well and the staff member are amazing. When we need their help they always do that and in covid they follow each rule & regulations and sanitize the each machine. That's why i like this gym.

Love the flexibility and accommodating nature anytime fitness presents. Would definitely recommend, if you put in consistent visits then the price is definitely worth it.

People say the membership is expensive but you get for what you pay for. Staffs are extremely friendly at this location and will most definitely make you feel like you’re part of the family. My trainer was very easy going and taught me a lot of stretching techniques for warm ups as well. If anyone is looking to join, Anytime Fitness is it. Don’t waste your time with other fitness centers because you are frugal over a couple dollars. Most of my friends and family members have already switched over after being scammed by fraudulent charges at FW and T L F. Ultimately, places like FW and TLF will eventually gouge you of your money. But don’t take my words for it. You are welcome to check their reviews before making a decision.

A lot of equipment, the staff is very responsible with all the Covid procedures. The areas are all clean and sanitized. Excellent service!

This gym qualifies the most clean I’ve every been to. Manager Daryl and his staff is always very cheerful and helpful. They have all the necessary equipments and almost brand new. Usually I visit this gym for a quick workout.

I love this gym and regularly do my workouts. Anytime fitness is the best gym I have ever been in. A lot of equipment and they are clean after people use them. I have improved my health since I joined the membership. I appreciate the gym and the staff. The staff is nice and like to help people.

Very good gym！But if you wanna work out with friends, then just don’t come. They are not allow you and your friends coach each other. If you do so, they would kick u out.

I've been a member of the Steveston location for 3 years now and have been boxing training with Bobbie for well over a year now. He's very knowledgeable and an all round very nice guy but don't judge the book by it's cover. During our training sessions, he pushes me especially during the times he knows I'm slacking so will push me harder. He'll get my heart rate up and when it's at the maximum he'll to slow it down. He really gets to know each of his clients' limits. He corrects my technique when needed and trains me to get better every session. I've had boxing trainers in the past at other gyms but Bobbie is definitely far most the best boxing trainer I've had and literally get the best workouts with him. Always looking forward to our boxing sessions.

Great gym in the Ironwood area. 24/7 access was what sold me because I like to gym late at night. Lots of equipment and not busy during night time. Friendly staff and love the gym culture:)

I travel and visit anytime fitness' all over Canada. This location is new and clean witch is nice but lacking equipment in the free weights category big time. They are a lot more busy then the average gym too. Them 2 things combined i find EVERYTIME i visit I dont get what I wanted to do done.

Spacious gym with variety of quality equipment. One of the few locations in Richmond that’s not too crowded. Very friendly staff

I signed up here recently through Kate and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The facility and equipment are in great condition and it has one of the nicest showers I've seen in a gym. I would highly recommend joining here.

I love this gym. Not only are the staff so nice and welcoming, the members are all very friendly as well. The place is always clean which is so important for a gym.
Bobbie has been my trainer for boxing and he continues to challenge me in every session that I've seen the progress from when I first started 6 months ago.

It's usually not too busy. Maybe it's because I usually come here at lunch. The place is clean and the equipment are in good shape.

I've been a member at this facility for over a year now. Not once have I had any sort of bad experience. The staff are A M A Z I N G! They keep the gym so tidy and they're so so sweet - each time you're welcomed with a big smile. At certain gyms, staff can we sort of off putting and very judgey - that is definitely not that case here! Member Appreciation BBQs are organized by the staff, the gym is always decorated in a festive manner and often there is even fruit at the from to fuel you before or after your workout! Personal trainers are very helpful and informative - they even have evening fitness classes! Thank you guys for working so hard to keep the gym so clean and fun!

This Business is horrible! I was on vacation in Vancouver, staying with my sister and her boyfriend and I wanted to introduce them back into working out. I brought them to the club and they both got a 7 day trial set up and then would join me for workouts. Apparently while we were there one of the days, one of them failed to swipe in with their fob and so I got the message below from my own club in Airdrie, AB. The Richmond club called both of them trying to sell them memberships and then accuses me of letting them in and threatened to fine me $250! The club didn’t bother calling me and asking me directly or ask either of us while they watched us work out! When I called the home club in Airdrie below, he still accused me of letting them in and said they had it on camera. I told him the club should have called me directly or he could look up either of their names and then he said he would finally “let it go”. This goes to show you how they treat their members. They not only lost two new members but I will make sure everyone I know is aware of how they treat people.

I really like this gym, being a newbie at weight training I found this place to be very non-intimidating compared to other gyms. The machines are pretty simple to use for beginners as well as for someone more advanced. Clean and open space with lots of windows make the workouts more enjoyable. Definitely would recommend!

Don’t doubt that it’s a great gym, but the fact that they advertise free 7day passes online then you have to drop 50$ for the fob key is kind of ridiculous. And they won’t make exceptions like being able to do a trial only during staffed hours is insane. No complementary workout either? Ok thanks for your time

Friendly staff, clean and well ventilated. Like most gyms it’s busier during peak hours but nice and quiet all the other times.

Gym looks great I talked to the staff over the phone regarding referring my friend and they were extremely pleasant to deal with and I strongly suggest you pop in and check it out!
