Bad customer service, impolite staff with significant delays, and nonsensical arguments regarding different rates for transferring money to CIBC bank. They used to be good a year ago, but now they are just impolite, unprofessional with unfavorable rates, and arrogant. They don't seem to understand anything about customer service.

Great and helpful customer service, and friendly environment. They did our inquiry so fast. Enjoyed working with them.

I went there to send money, the lady in front desk in the middle of doing my job left me to do 2 another clients job when I wanted to leave to show my objection the other lady without any apology gave me some lame excuses

This place only accepts cash, which is extremely inconvenient. I had to go elsewhere to get my money exchanged.
