APM Monaco

In my opinion, the quality of APM Monaco's jewelry are atroticious. It's gone downhill over the years, and after-sales services are just rubbish and robotic. They are becoming close to AliExpress quality and service standards.

Disappointing!

Quality of pieces have gone down significantly. I do not recommend buying from them. Gold plating rubbed off bracelet within 6 months of light wear, and the company has stated this is not covered by warranty. Very disappointed in the quality. I have pieces from years ago from APM that were much better made. Do not buy!

Great store! The staff was super nice and accommodating! They were really patient with me throughout my time at the store.
