Ive had my vehicles repaired at Apollo for years. The work is always done quickly and efficiently for a fair price. The mechanics are friendly and talk me through what needs to be done. Vicky is always a pleasure to see at the front desk with her warm smile! Well done Apollo! Thanks for the great work!

We came into get an estimate for a muffler that we were having a hard time in finding for a dodge challenger. They weren't able to help us but pointed us in the right direction & you don't find customer service like that very often. There recommendation was great & wanted to thank them for helping us out!

Check your catalytic converter before you drive off….
The muffler in my car was leaking at the flange just before the catalytic converter so I called Apollo and the lady who answered was very pleasant and was able to slot me in. I dropped the car and the guy told me they will check and call me. Which he did shortly after. He told me he needed to change the “front” pipe at which point I asked if they could not cut the flange and replace it with a new one to which he said no it’s too rusted cannot be welded so they have to replace the front pipe. I asked him if it would affect the catalytic converter and he said no. He quoted me $260 plus tax. I asked if that was the best price he could give and he said yes cause they were replacing it with a new one. Since I wanted it done I said go ahead. He said it will be ready in 1.5hrs.
1.5hrs later I came to get the car as I was paying I asked him if catalytic converter was affected and he said “no I didn’t have to touch it “. We chatted about the weather getting cold and I thanked him and left.
I get home and get under the car to start doing an oil change and I noticed the catalytic converter is go and replaced with a piece of pipe.
I was not amused to say the least.
I went back and told him the car was missing the catalytic converter……this was about 15-20 minutes from the time I had picked the car.
He then started telling me how I miss understood needless to say at this point I was fighting to stay calm as he went on to tell me how it’s only worth $60 which is nonsense.
I Asked for the catalytic converter he gave it to me and I left. It’s still sitting in the car.

I had a strange noise all of a sudden on my vehicle and I called Apollo so I could get an assessment. When i called, the lady on the phone was so kind and was able to get me an appointment right away. When i dropped it off they got right to it. They diagnosed the problem right away, and was able to fix it! They explain to me what happened, and was able to fix the problem at minimal cost - where as if i took it somewhere else, it would have been a huge replacement. I highly recommend using their service. I def will be returning for future issues.

Friendly honest garage. Happy with the work they did. Vehicle drives like new after struts, brakes, and exhaust system fixed up.

Friendly and helpful staff, fast service and reasonable prices. I will be happy to return again next time I need some work done.
Just an update. Service is still awesome years later. Will continue taking my car here for future work as long as I can.

These guys are the ONLY mechanics I recommend. They have consistently gone above and beyond to help me out, and they really, actually care about their clients and their needs. They are honest, good people and the only ones I trust with my vehicle, which happens to be my livelihood as well. These people are Heroes. And I love them.
Additional: Over the last 8 years, they are the only mechanics i take my vehicles to. They are Kindness, and they do everything they can to help you, and they have my Trust. Unlike other mechanics, when they tell me my car NEEDS a de-combobulator for the fallopion transfer tubes, I'm not questioning it, because I KNOW my car needs it. And I know these wonderful people have my back. Want piece of mind? Take your vehicle to Apollo. Genuinely great people:)
Update: These are the ONLY people you should bring your vehicle to. They care about you and your vehicle unlike most places. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 100/5 stars every single time.
Update: oct 2023 Like today for example. They have maintained and repaired my vehicle so well, when my car battery finally died completely it turns out it had been in there for 10 years well past its designed lifetime. These people.are Miracles. They're the reason my family has a livelihood and are some of the best humans I know. Don't waste your time and money anywhere else, you simply won't get the same treatment, value and end result anywhere else. Go to Apollo, Carlos Spicy Weener commands you!

Great service and a place you can trust! We recently had to have a fair amount of work done and the staff at Apollo were fantastic and got the job done well and quickly.

I recently visited my local Toyota dealership where I was informed I needed to replace a leaking water pump at a cost of $575.00 They also informed me that I need to replace the rear brakes. I decided to check out other automotive repair shops. I came across some very encouraging news when I decided to give Apollo Automotive a try. The mechanic at Apollo checked my vehicle over. I was astonished to learn the water pump was not leaking at all and that the rear brakes still had over 50% of wear remaining.
>> Bottom line << I really can't see myself getting any of my vehicles serviced anywhere else other than Apollo Automotive. The staff are friendly, fair & honest which is something we seldom ever see these days.

Very friendly family operation always tell me what work needs to be done with a price before they do the work. I no nothing about vehicles and have been ripped off many times.they explain it to me so I can understand the work they are doing. They get the work done quickly and if there is a problem with the repair I can take it right back with no charge. Really appreciate this garage. My son goes here as well and he really likes it they speak his car language thanks to all the staff

BEWARE - women especially! Catalytic convertor issues…
I am not a fan of negative reviews, definitely not of writing them for local businesses, however I feel that my experience with Apollo needs to be shared. Especially to other young women in a similar position.
In December I took my car to Apollo to have my starter replaced on my SUV. Not an inexpensive visit, cost me over $1200 but out of 3 shops I got quotes from, they were the cheapest. That issue got fixed and I thought my car troubles were over. Shortly after, when driving my car I started hearing a rattling noise, almost like shaking metal. Thinking that something was loose I took my vehicle back to Apollo for them to look at it. A phone call later, I was told that my catalytic convertor was completely “broken off” and that it needed replacing - if it wasn’t it could cause even more damage to the entire motor. This replacement would cost me $1400. I cannot understate that this shook me. Not being able to afford almost 3k of repair to my car in less than a month, I called around to two other shops. One quoted me $900 and the other said they would need to look at the car first in order to assess. I went back to Apollo and told them I wanted the car back to get a second opinion somewhere else. Right away the mechanic (owner?) took off $400 saying he could do a universal replacement instead of whatever he was going to before. Knowing the whole situation that has been going on with catalytic convertors getting stolen along with this sudden drop in price, I thought this was weird and did not give me any sense of confidence in this shop. I took my vehicle to another shop and my catalytic convertor was FINE. The shield around my convertor however, was loose and rattling…. The cause of the shaking metal noise I was hearing when driving. I am so, so, so thankful that I have people in my life that have educated me on the catalytic convertor situation and that I stood my ground and got a second opinion. I could have spent almost $1500 on something that was totally fine.
To anyone reading this, I highly suggest going somewhere else or at least getting a second opinion on any work that Apollo auto says you need. I feel very violated and taken advantage of as a young woman and I will never take my business here again.

My car broke down on friday half a block away from Apollo and I manged to get into their parking lot.gave the number a call even tho they were closed. They got back to me in 10 minutes saying to put my key in the mail slot and they would try to fix it for me. They were honest with me the whole way though and told me they were trying to identify the casue of my break down. Its now monday I have my car and i'm very happy with there service. I will now be going there from now on.

Apollo Auto takes the stress out of the most stressful job of maintaining your car. They know their craft well and treat you like a human in the process. They allow you to take time before following through with jobs and do their best to make it manageable for you. Nothing but great experiences here!

Apollo Automotive has been our go to for the last 5 years and they have always made the process and quick and painless as possible. I would absolutely recommend them.
