Chips happen and I wanted it fixed quick, dropped off my vehicle (with no appointment) not expecting (but hoping) they could get it done on my day off not only did they get it done but quick with super service! Highly recommend!

Our sunroof exploded en route from Calgary to Vernon. After confirming the parts were going to be weeks away, it became a rescue mission to merely patch the sunroof so we could limp through our holiday. The staff were amazing, and friendly, and we’re absolutely thrilled they found a way to fit us in at 3: 30 on a Friday afternoon. I can’t say enough about how much help they were. Thank you! I only wish I’d got their names.

Highly Recomend not using this company! They don’t know anything, he was half an hour late for my appointment, and he lied straight to my face! Extremely unhappy! Do not use them!

We were on our way through town and got a big chip in our windshield, I called and they were able to fit us in immediately. The Receptionist was super friendly, and helpful and very understanding. Thanks for helping us out so quickly!

AL and the team are the best in the business hands down. A few weeks ago I was passing thru the Vernon area when one of my campervan’s windows just fell out dangling, held only to my van by the pivot mechanism. The local RV shop recommended Apple Glass, so I stopped by.

It’s a busy place, Everyone was already working on something, so the owner “Al” came out and had a look. He then re-glued and fixed the problem good as new. All with a smile and for a really good price. I was on my way in under half an hour. Very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend this glass shop.

Very impressed with the service we received. We had them replace the glass on a medicine cabinet with new bevelled glass, but even though it was a small job, they made us feel like a valued customer. Starting with the great service from the counter staff to the "thanks for coming in" from the owner as I left, super impressed!

I didn't buy anything but the staff were great and oh so funny! If I need glass work done, I am going there!

The guys/ladies are great. Stopped in for a small issue with the windshield molding. They helped me out right away and charged minimal supplies and service.

Was only there for about 20 minutes but there was a very positive atmosphere with everyone seeming to be enjoying their work.

I have used them about 4 times. Great customer service, organized and very friendly family operated business. Windshield was replaced and completed earlier than expected. They bill insurance directly. Owner checked to make sure I was comfortable while I was waiting. Thank you! Debi
